👍👍 I saw good reviews before I went, so I came here with some level of expectation as a Chinese vegetarian, but it really surprised me! If you're looking for mouth-watering vegetarian food, look no further than Veggie Wok in Bang Bang. Their menu is full of delightful surprises, and there are a few standout dishes that really impressed me. First, the masala chips are an absolute must-try. They're perfectly crispy and seasoned with a blend of spices that will have your taste buds dancing with joy. The chilli paneer is another standout dish. The paneer is perfectly cooked and the spicy sauce is rich and flavorful, making for a truly unforgettable experience. The spring rolls are also a must-try. They're crispy on the outside and filled with a savory vegetable mixture on the inside. It's the perfect balance of textures and flavors. The chilli mushrooms are a delicious and unique option, with a spicy sauce that perfectly complements the earthy flavor of the mushrooms. For a refreshing and crunchy appetizer, the Chinese bhel is an excellent choice. It's a unique twist on a classic dish, with a perfect blend of sweet, sour, and savory flavors. And last but certainly not least, the noodles are a staple dish that you simply can't go wrong with. They're cooked to perfection and served with a variety of fresh vegetables and a flavorful sauce. Overall, Veggie Wok in Bang Bang is an excellent choice for anyone looking for delicious vegetarian food. The quality of the ingredients, the creativity of the dishes, and the friendly service all combine to make for an unforgettable dining experience.

Only had the broccoli manchurian but jesus was it good. Brilliantly crunchy and a really good amount of spice in the sauce. Came back and had the same dish again, still delicious!

As a vegetarian I felt most comfortable ordering from Veggie Wok in this very busy food hall dedicated to food from all over the Far East. You choose a base - rice (white or brown) or from se real types of noodles, protein (eg tofu or paneer), sauce (I chose soya with schezwan) and all 17 (yes 17!!) vegetables. Freshly made there and then. Tasty but v v spicy. Salt and pepper broccoli was crunchy and seasoned well. Grazed on those the two hours we were there. Friendly service. Quickly prepared.

Vegan Review - I ordered the Thai green curry with brown rice and I really enjoyed it, very flavoursome. The portion size is second to none and I was so full I had to doggy bag it home. Also ordered spring rolls which delish. This is now my go to place wherever I visit Bang Bang again.

First time at this food hall and first time trying Veggie Wok. I liked that you could customise your dish, the one I customised was very nice (udon with tofu, satay sauce and lots of veggies), although quite oily for my taste. The duck dish we orderes was too deep fried and dry, which I did not enjoy. The girl serving us was extremely nice!

Loved the chilli garlic chips. The taste reminded me of the same dish from back home. Two things that could be better are crispness of the chips - the entire dish would go to a next level if they make it the chips slightly crispy, and secondly the price - while the portion size is good, I think its a tad bit too overpriced.

Returning to Veggie Wok...it has not changed. Still delicious as ever if not even tastier. Staff are just delightful and even gave us an extra dish to try that they have just launched. One of my favourite spots in London that I crave on a regular basis! Try the signature creation with red Thai curry and rice, the masala chips and the new salt and pepper broccoli for sure!

Delicious, high quality vegetarian Chinese restaurant. I've ordered from there 3 times now and have always been delighted with the food. The flavours are intense and the ingredients are fresh and high quality. Unlike in many restaurants, the black bean sauce dishes are made from whole rather than crushed black beans, so you get the full flavour of the beans. The chef really knows what he's doing and we're lucky to have such a good veggie restaurant in the area. On behalf of all the vegetarians who like Chinese food, thank you for starting this restaurant :)

The perfect spot for a vegetarian. Tried the Jasmin rice, soy sauce & schezwan sauce, mock duck & all the vegetables and I was blown away. Was worried it was going to be basic but the flavours were amazing & this is coming from a west African. Very wholesome and authentic tasting. Indo Chinese fusion done correctly. Also got the satay chicken on stick thing which was also delicious. All cost £20.90 & portion size is good. Will definitely be back again

Excellent taste. One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Freshly made and full of authentic flavours. It was ordered through uber but not much of option to write full review there. Masala chips is my favourite, just wow. Thank you.

Me and my fiancée are both vegetarian "foodies" who are big fans of indo-chinese food, and we could not recommend this more highly. Whether you enjoy meat replacements, new inventions, or just the classics like chilli paneer, this hits the spot perfectly. You can choose the protein, sauce, and heat level to suit your taste, and it has vegan options, so it really is suitable for all!

We've been to Bang bang a few times now and Veggie Wok is always the first stand that we visit. The food is always super tasty and service is excellent. Wide selection of choices for all tastes (great for vegetarians too!). Keep up the great work :)

It seems this is the only vegetarian booth at Bang Bang food court. May be I have too much expection so a bit disappointed of my order. It's too oily and salty. Definitely not a healthy food.

A lesser known part of Indian cuisine is the fusion Indo-Chinese cuisine. Loved by native Indians, but hardly known by people elsewhere. This place brings the genuine flavours of Indo-Chinese cuisine to London. The taste is amazing and they have decent options. Its completely vegetarian with vegan options as well as gluten free options. Definitely one of my favourites recently.

Knowing there is no possible way for cross contamination to occur or mystery meat is a real selling point when eating out at a veggie restaurant The veggie wok met and surpassed my expectations I tried two dishes and was able to discuss with the server which would work Helpful and knowledgeable is a big selling point here so kudos to him The meal in question was salt and pepper broccoli and masala chips Both were incredible As a fan of spices and seeker of nice tastes this place should be on your list to try and enjoy A must do for any local or visiting herbivores

I've experience of dining at several Indo-Chinese restaurants in the UK, and among all the ones I've sampled, this one truly stands out as the finest. Our order included veg momos, chili garlic mogo, and Singapore noodles. As a dedicated fan of Indo-Chinese cuisine, I can confidently say that their veg momos and chili garlic mogo were exceptional. I would wholeheartedly give this experience a 5/5 rating.

This place is amazing, by far the best Chilli Paneer in London, and I've tried a lot of places, would really recommend this place, good thing about this is the consistency in the food, always same, brilliant food, not the biggest menu, but that's a positive, they concentrate on making the best at what they do. Amazing food, great staff, I find it better to call in & pick up rather then the uber eats, can always eat in also etc 10/10

My husband got the tofu with rice, it’s delicious and quite spicy. It reminded me of the food I had in China. That’s how authentic it was. I loved my signature fried ho fen with monk duck as well. The portions were generous for how much you paid for. The staff was very friendly. I’m genuinely amazed by the increasing number of vegetarian/vegan options in Bangbang since our last visit in 2018. We can’t wait to go back again.
