Very
bad
service
of
this
hotel.
My
family
booked
this
hotel
for
my
wedding
and
they
booked
the
hall
where
120to150
guests
could
be
accomodated
my
marriage
was
on
18th
jan
but
the
staff
members
of
this
hotel
called
us
on
15th
jan
and
said
that
we
have
booked
hotel
for
dinner
but
it
was
for
lunch
even
they
gave
us
bill
at
the
time
of
advance.
They
gave
us
two
slip
where
on
one
they
mentioned
dinner
which
they
gave
to
us
as
hard
copy
and
on
otherr
one
they
mentioned
lunch
with
time
11amto
5pm
and
told
us
to
click
photo
of
that
slip.
They
booked
the
big
hall
for
someone
else
and
scammed
us
on
my
big
day.
And
we
had
to
arrange
the
function
in
the
small
hall
where
we
faced
alot
of
problem
no
one
got
chairs
to
sit
as
we
invited
120
to
150
people.
Everyone
was
very
angry
and
some
people
went
back
to
their
house
bcz
of
this
even
the
service
was
very
poor
and
food
was
not
provided
to
everyone
properly.
They
took
full
payment
from
us
and
didn't
give
us
any
kind
of
discount
.
They
didn't
serve
the
food
to
family
member
in
a
well
manner.
Such
a
bad
service
i
think
every
person
should
think
twice
before
booking
this
hotel
specially
a
father
who
spent
his
saving
on
the
marriage
of
his
daughter
to
make
that
day
best
but
this
hotel
and
their
service
spoiled
the
whole
function.
