It was very disappointing to take rest in Hotel Leo Fort jalandhar. My experience was very bad, when I reached hotel in the night and they provided me non clean room and that room was smelling like someone smoked there. If I am talking about food and staff, that was also not good, my stay was for 4 days and everyday there were serving same breakfast as well as with very bad taste and for it we have to wait for more than 30 minutes. Please do no book this hotel, not good for family as well

One star is even too much for this hotel..m currently staying in this hotel from last 4-5 days due to official training...this hotel is my first worst experience ever...poor breakfast i.e. aloo parantha which is half cooked another one is omelette..nothing else you have to eat. I m writing a genuine experience of this hotel ...it's worst that I can't even explain in rare words...their attitudes are on heights they don't care what kind of problem you have been faced then just have their pathetic rules like you are living in a gurukul...they don't worry about your experience.. resturant facility is good bcoz they don't belong to the hotel... seriously worst stay ever. Not even deserve one star for them three is more then enough...!

Room condition is not up to the mark. Bad smell is there in the room. Not providing toiletries, sleepers which are very much essential. Items of complimentary breakfast are very limited.

A worst hotel to stay in Jalandhar. Please don't stay in this hotel. A very loud music in there hotel. Drunk people are making nonsense atmosphere. This is not for family person. I m not able to sleep at 11:45 pm because of very loud sound. Receptionist person is saying it will happen always. It is your choice to stay here.

It's an old style property located just opposite MBD mall and Raddison hotel. There are good cafes nearby, even the hotel has an amazing restaurant (Pyramid) and beer cafe. If you miss old style hotels with big rooms and bathtubs, then this is the one. My room was quite spacious with a sitting and dining area along with a study table. With this budget, I believe it's decent property.

Rooms condition are not upto the mark and I will not suggest anyone to stay in leo hotel service was very bad ....they serve normal jug instead of bisleri or mineral water ..... washroom was like guest house type .....I never visit again in my life .....zero star

The hotel was good but the service was not good at all!

This place has gone down drastically. Too much noise from the clubs below which goes on till 12pm and no one to complain to. As the reception guys have no clue what to too. Rooms have become old and dated. Rooms are in need of whitewash. Bathrooms have cockroaches. Lift does not work properly. Room service is limited as no one would answer calls at room service number and again reception guys cannot help. Seems like no one is interested in running the place as they seem to be making more money from the club below. Place needs to be skipped altogether.

Everything was lovely but the food of pyramid as their restaurant was not good and the service of 24 seven below the hotel was just fine. Rest the hotel was amazing. I loved it

Very well managed nice hotel in Jalandhar all corporate companies persons are staying here only. Very neat and clean ambience. Nice restaurant and great hospitality. I really like this place to stay location is in center of the city.

The staff at the desk don't know what they doing. Although the breakfast was included but the staff never provided coupons for three days. Until I asked for it. They still charged us a full amount. That was very unfair. No apology for their mistake. The room had no information how to get help from the desk. Room was dirty. Someone left cheveda in the drawers. No wi-fi code. It was quite disappointing. Lot of noise down stair. Could not sleep all night. This hotel dropped its standard. I used stay in this hotel in the past it was great. The staff needs proper training so does the management. It feels like, nobody knows their professional duty. Sorry to see the hotel is going downhill.

I used to come here 4 years ago, then it was an above avg. Place to live in, but now. They have pests roaming around in room,Their fridge was not working after even changing room twice. And the max frustating thing was the breakfast. We paid extra for it but in the morning unlike of other hotels who offer you buffet or even proper fooding, they just gave us option of one dish and drink with only one serving. Although there restaurant was a lot fancy and cool looking but whome are they fooling it when there service is even bad.

The place is good. Some drawbacks are there. Don't take rooms at second floor as they have restaurant and bar at first place and they play music at very loud volume which does not let you sleep well. Even soaps are refilled timely. You have to ask many times. Rooms are good but in some rooms there are cockroaches. The view from the hotel is good.

I usually don’t give low review u till I am extremely disappointed. This hotel is a height of everything negative points. Even Dharamshalas have better comfort level. Extremely uncomfortable. The music is over loud which makes your night sleepless night. Even they will not consider your request to low down the volume. They are very good at saying ‘no’. I mean they have nothing as a decent hotel should have. Poor bothrooms, only one towel they provide, no room heater. You have to go to reception table to collect your breakfast coupons which is very embarrassing. Many more to write but no time. You can stay here as a last option and that too only for few hours.

It is ok experience but the restaurant is good and staff is helpful and now they dont offer buffet.

Leo Fort Hotel... near BMC chowk, Jalandhar. It us just about 2-3 kms from city Railway station. It us good nice hotel at a good location. Accomodation is very nice. It has lot of places nearby like Pizza Hut, 24X7 store, Pyramid etc. District library and Desh Bhagat Yadgar Hall, Hans Raj Stadium and a petrol pump is also nearby.

Location is awesome, but House Keeping department has to improve. Basic kits iron etc. Must be available. LUDHIANA service is far better than Jalandhar property.

Good hotel in this budget. Location is very good on main road. Many food joints like Subway, McDonald's, Pizza hut, barista & 24×7 is available adjoining the hotel.

A new restaurant called PYRAMID has been opened under the same roof... having nice ambience and perfect location with ample of parking facility...and of course with good food... Do visit tht place

I’m visiting from USA. Absolutely horrible food (completely uncooked). Absolutely horrible service by General Manager. I will defiantly never come back. State of Punjab should do a health inspection. All NRI stay away from this horrible place.

They have opened a new pub on first floor and they keep the music playing till very late at night. I have called twice and at 12:30 in the night the bass is still so high that the woodwork is rattling in my room.

Very poor Service , Mention on menu breakfast time 7:00Am but breakfast start 9:00AM. Not any buddy pick phone call on reception and room service. Worst experience. I suggest not any buddy stay hair. Order other item serve other item.

It is a kind of premium OYO so don't expect much. Best for short stays. staffs are not professional at all either in dressing sense or by behaviour. But overall gud as per the budget. We cant expect much more at this price range.

Rooms have really improved since I last visited that eas before COVID breakfast needs vast improvement they can charge extra missing the buffet which is not available now.
