Horrible service by a brand so called barbeque nation Amritsar. Let me explain you in detail. First of all we entered around 12 30 and nothing started by that time. Nobody was there at the live counters. starters were more salty. By 2 pm main course were not served. AB'S is far better than barbeque nation. Very very bad show .

Enjoyed the meal. Bbq was very juicy and tender. Staff looked after very well. Very good customer service provided by the Abhishek. Just for the main course meal I would recommend chef should double check the salt for the meal before coming to the buffet table as some dishes have little extra salt. Overall very good experience.

Visited BBQ Amritsar. Excellent food. Enjoyed the food. Service should be improve. At 3,4 tables, only one staff is there. Otherwise, everything is excellent.

Food was really good, most delicious item was grilled prawns and mutton rogan josh. All staff was very helpful all the time, Sukhwinder was always available when we need anything. One of my friend had birthday at that day, restaurant staff serve us a birthday cake and sung birthday song with us for my friend. Make reservations for 12 persons to dine in to enjoy and make birthday party of My Friend memorable, But alas!.... Restaurant ruined, devastes everything, Make me feel embarrassing, foolish and insulted in front my all friends. Even my friends leave the restaurant with Food due to poor and pathetic service. Many times I request to the Restaurant Manager to ensure arrangements @BarbequeNation,Amritsar ,But they unable to do. Then my self decide serve my guests. I am just talking about Food and Drinks not about Snacks. Restaurant not able to provide food to my guest's & other persons available at Resto Some the food which are served , not cooked properly (Roti's). If one of the table was served, others remain unserved , 15 to 20 members waited to be served. The food was finished as the guests are yet to be dine and quality of the food is below average. I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic. Soft drinks are tasteless, I think your members don't have experience to make the drinks, they only have knowledge to open the coldrink and serve the same(Readymade). After all the episode, I paid the bill Rs.11668 and asked for review note, After institing for half an hour , Staff of the restaurant not provide me review note pad Or sheet. Overall experience is Pathetic and humiliated, insulted among guests and other persons . I am a bbq nation fan!! Have been a regular one in bbq nation gurgaon..tried multiple outlets of this chain in delhi ncr region...but for Amritsar, this was my first time! Went there last sunday with two of my friends..for dinner... The food was fine...not upto the mark ..i must say...as i usually expect from barbecue nation! The staff was less ..which i assume to be a covid-19 impact....but for sure it did affect the service and also the customer- experience...the staff was trying their best to cater the needs of people.. however, being lesser in proportion, they were not able to attend them like they usually do! .... Also, there was a huge delay ..i asked for crispy fried corns multiple times! ....got my extra spicy corns after even i had my main course! It was beyond 30-40mins! Likewise, the delay was there for other food items as well! Even the drinks were served after desert!! Again ..i understand staff was trying their best...but because of less no of servers available, definitely i was disappointed with the experience.

Had offer on their own website. When shown to the manager would not honour it and said its and out dated offer although still on official website. Shocking service. Great hospitality. Been to barbeque nation in pune before where they dont do table service like here. First they bring the grill out n gol-gappa to start. Give ur preferences for snacks like chicken, fish , prawn or paneer . U get wat u request for. Second tell them if there is any special occasion u r celebrating such that u get special birthday wishes. Third is that u can get drinks of ur choice from huge collection of hard liquor n cocktails ( mind it they charge drinks as regular cost) TIP - go before 7:00 pm n get rupees 100 off ur bill.

Enjoyed my time over here with my family, the only problem is even if you have a booking still they will take a lot of time to allot you the table. I think there are still plenty of items for non vegetarians but for vegetarians the number of items are pretty less and that most of them are not even tasty. Fish was not properly seasoned while chicken and prawns were good.

A big fan of the franchise of the barbecue country....But the one at Amritsar was not up to the mark. the starter menu was much too small at that price . in many cities it had been to the Barbecue world. but this one was the least preferred one I had come across. but on the other side of the coin, whatever was offered was delicious and nicely cooked

Worst experience ever. There was so less food items and that too was so inedible. Apart from the poorest service there were no cutlery to eat, no spoon and plates. It was a sheer waste of money. Don't even bother to spend your precious time and money in this horrible restaurant.
