Location: On Jalandhar highway, opposite Bath castle. Have dine in , take away and delivery options. They provide Quick service, they have started online order in restaurant option wherein you can place order and do payment online without standing in a queue. .Place is hygienic, clean and follows covid guidelines. Washrooms are well maintained. Why I’m giving it a 4 is because I was craving an ice- cream and stopped here to have Mcflurry but unfortunately their machine was out of order. So for just this visit i would rate the experience as 4 out of 5. But otherwise it will be 5 out of 5. I order Pizza Mcpuffs, Mc Allo tikki meal and Butter chicken grilled burger. Butter chicken grilled burger has been introduced lately and is just amazing. We repeated this burger.

New concept of self ordering implemented which is bit time consuming as still you need to take help from staff. Overall good experience, taste was good as always. Nice sitting and ambiance. Plenty of parking space available. McCafe is also operational now, plenty of options available.

A really good place to visit, they also have drive through,and they have a small section of bakery items as well. Out of all of the Mcdonald outlet i have visited in jalandhar this one is really well made and clean. I love it here.

Food is common in all MC d outlets.. so nothing to write or worry about... Service was lacking... Despite being a very low footfall it took more than 15-20 mins for simple order to get delivered... Service Needs improvement

Service is slightly slower when compared to North American equivalent locations but much cleaner sitting area. Food is brought to the table.

We were travelling from Faridabad to Punjab and this was the only stop we took during our entire journey. This McDonald had self service counter to place the orders and then collect them either from the counter or you can get them delivered to your table. We noticed a good crowd there including kids, adults and old age people. We used to washroom and it was all hygiene. We ordered one Paneer wrap and cold coffee with ice cream one chicken burger and cold coffee. Later we paint one chicken wrap and chicken powder for our next 2 to 3 hours journey if required. We love the staff behaviour, they were kind to everyone in terms of talking, attending and serving.

McDonald's is loved by everyone espically kids. McDonald's have various outlets all around India with Drive thru facility and their outlet in Jalandhar Highway is nice especially its look and amazing food. Inner vibe :- The outlet and inner decor are great. Now they have launched on table order by scanning through your mobile which is nice in this pandemic. Proper Sanitization is there after every dinning. Food:- We ordered their new variety of Burger which is Dosa Masala Burger, it is nice in taste, Red Velvet dessert is good, Veg Pizza McPuff is also yummy. Overall Rating:- 5/5 as decor, food and services all are good.

Great location (right off the highway). The place is spacious, airy and really comfortable to be in. The digital ordering system is a real asset and gives the outlet a modern touch. The food is too plain for my expectations of McDonalds and flavorful India. We had muffins for late breakfast, and they were very plain. My mocha drink tasted like a cappuccino despite looking really nice. The crew are not as friendly as the ones I've met in other McDonalds places. There is also no proper service sequence. Drinks were served when we almost finished our food. I hope they improve because it is the international food brand closest to my Indian home.

Very clean McDonald's n good food. It has a lot of vegetarian choices. I live in usa and I'm visiting India , and honestly, this is better McDonald's food than what I get in USA . 😊😋

Clean and good atmosphere with both a drive-in takeaway and dine-in made available. The burger size is nothing to die for except the "Maharaja" category. Sure to mention the watchman seemed a very nice old person.

Nice place for a quick bite .It has a drive-through. It is very well located next to the national highway. We'll maintained. It has limited parking .Offers items to be delivered to your table, unlike other outlets . It's worth a halt .

They have made some modifications from the last time I visited this place. The washrooms have been made contactless. With every order you get a table number and the order is served right at your table, which is good. Keep up the good work.

Good takeaway but they mixed my order and gave cold drink instead of cold coffies. We were on the highway by the time we learned about this mix up hence didn't feel like driving back to change. Rest the food was good as expected.

Went there for breakfast with family as this used to be the only place place in Jalandhar that served it. I believe a few others have started doing it recently. Breakfast and coffee is up to the mark to international (Asian) standards when compared to honkong, Shanghai, Beijing, Bangkok outlets. Service is slightly slower at times.

Stopped here enroute from Delhi to Jammu. Nice setting, plenty of sitting space, very helpful staff and helped me place order online. Restrooms were clean and they also have kids party space.

Location is what McDonald's consider as the top priority. You can always stop for a quick bite on your long onward trip. Friendly staff and clean place. Washrooms were also clean and maintained.

As usual it was good experience at McD. Visited with family. Enjoyed burgers, wraps and coffee here. During this period of Covid they are taking extra care and precautions. For contact less orders they are using QR code. Good initiative for the sake of customers. Always ready to help incase u are unable to use QR code facility.Drive through is available. Good place to enjoy with family.

Drive thru facility is quite fast. I was able get my order in just 2 minutes. And also special care is taken for sanitizing the area.

Nice drive in facility

This place puts shame to the name of McDonald's. Wrong order taken. Given no other choice but to eat the wrong order they took. Preparation of burger was terrible. Staff took our complaint in denial. I was asked if I need a spoon to dug out the cheese slice that was stuck with the cardboard ring on the Maharaja Mac Burger. Not Recommended.
