We hosted a party here for my sister's birthday. They have a separate hall for kid's party. They make the kids play games, enjoy music, arrange proper decorations and the food is lovely for the kids. If we talk about dine in then also the waiting time is minimal and the order is ready within minutes.

Burger King is located in Omex Novelty Mall on Mall Road. It’s a kind of happening place in the evenings and special during week ends. This shop is nicely done by professionals. A few stairs and you are in this awesome shop. There s sitting arrangements as well. There s separate room for birthday and other parties. This place is very conveniently located on the famous Mall Road and Lawrance Road Junction. Approximately 50 people can sit here and there are two sections to sit. The brand name “Burger King” is displayed well and one can locate it easily. Bright neon light boards are displayed. Parking is conveniently available if you entered from Mall side. Since this outlet is located in a mall, there s big parking at the basement of the mall. Staff is cool and helpful. Wash rooms are also neat and clean. They are also offering home deliveries through Zomato, Uber eats and swiggy etc. The place is crowded in the evenings. The separate room to celebrate birthday and other parties may accommodate 20 to 30 people maximum. This outlet is offering many things or many types of Burgers in Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian are available. Paneer Chilli burger is just awesome. There are hot chicken burgers. This outlet also offers ice creams, shakes, French fries n Pepsi. Place is safe.nicely done and good to sit and eat.

According to price there is huge difference in taste I orded a burger of Rs for 100 but there is no french fries 🍟included I also give order of fries Rs 30 all over gud place was quiet well huge space for party 🎉

Burger king has value for money. I have ordered two burgers and two coke and burgers were much cheaper then the coke. Although the taste of the burger was yummy and the patty was crispy. This place is recommend when you are hungry.

Worst restaurant in Amritsar, they cheat people who order online by using zomato. They items are missing from the package most of the times and most of the times they send wrong cheap bad quality eatables. The worst thing there is no point to contact them because the restaurant number always comes switch off. Bad taste good.

WORST experience EVER. I was told that it would take 15 minutes for my order to be prepared. When it was nearing half and hour, I went up to the counter to find out the status of my order. The food had been sitting there for an unknown period of time (at least 10 minutes while I waited at the counter to address my concern). When I inquired why my order number was never called out I was told that they have had a lot of mobile orders - this tells me that mobile orders take priority over customers who are SITTING RIGHT THERE IN THE RESTAURANT WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD. They proceeded to make a new order for me as this food was cold. While making the new order, they shift around the receipt from one tray to another and some other guy waiting for his order starts handling MY french fries! I get very upset and insist on a new french fries as well because these ones are now contaminated by some other guy reaching for them. After choking down my food (because now I’m very upset by the experience), I ask to speak with the Manager of the store. He comes out to my table and I review the situation with him and ask him the question: “Do the customers sitting right here in the restaurant have SECOND PRIORITY over those who are sitting at home waiting for their order?” To which he could not give me a straight answer. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING experience. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

I placed an order through Zomato and paid advance but after 30 minutes I was told to cancel my order as it was not reflecting due to some technical issues. Very bad on part of Zomato as well as Burger King

This place is not recommended by my side.Good in looks, bad in food. I ordered a chicken burger but it tasted so bad that I didn't even to eat it. Waste of money

i order online and they dont send me in time and when i report there is server issue so i did not get my order i order my 2nd order they cancel my order they dont send my money back they send me stars so i visit burger king i told that about what happen to me they dont know how to treat a coustmer so i ask them to make my order with star they ask we dont know about this. your staff has no knowladge how to use stars .

A Bit too Expensive according to Taste, Quantity and Quality.......Buns are not good according to price of Burger .....Mc Donald's and other Local Shop's of Burgers have Better Buns and Portion acc. to Price

It was just "okay.." The taste isn't as good as Burger King in North America. The chicken burger lacked salt and flavour. But, I didn't come to India to eat "burger king" so it's all good. No worries, just decided to give it a try.

This place is located inside Omaxe mall at novelty chowk Amritsar. Mall has very little footfall. They have handwash facility which I like. Order took more time than usual.

If you're not carrying cash don't go over there, they don't except card nor they have UPI. Also, cleaning wise I would say, it's pathetic. The entire place seems to be unhygienic.

they dont follow number system if you stand on their head , they will give u priority... so make sure you do that,,, otherwise you will keep waiting for your order at the chair forever alot of miscommunication among the staff .... two times they served me a wrong burger . disappointed

Staff is trash asked for a combo/meal menu told me they dont have one , wasnt appearing on the screen i checked alr , wasnt telling me verbally , despite not providing the information, was making me rush to place my order ( not even 1 second has passed after me asking ) . Food is good mildly higher prices but works for a good place and good food . Need better staff
