Really had a great time here. The staff and services both were excellent. The rooms were also great for the price. The best thing is the location of the Hotel it's near to the bus stand and relatively close to the tourist destinations and other famous places of Amritsar. Overall a really great place.

It was great but they provided false information about cost and there is not much options for service as most things are chargeable but nonetheless we had a great stay.

Stay was comfortable during our 2 day stay. Room felt a bit small for 2 adults and a toddler. Any complaint regd. washroom hygiene or request for additional towels etc were addressed timely. The restaurant's Patiala Chicken was very good. Location is convenient. The staff were gracious enough to accommodate our luggage after the check-out while we visited the city until our evening flight.

No basic services like water bottles, glass in rooms. Bedsheets were Dirty, have to request staff to change but they don't have enough sheets and pillow cover in stock to change. Need to improve basic cleaning.

We had a wonderful stay at Midtown hotel, rooms are very clean and the service was amazing and the food was delicious…overall very good experience will recommend it to all family and friends that are travelling from Canada to visit Amritsar.

It's a good place to stay with your family and over there you can relish tasty food . All the rooms are very spacious and spic and span also. Moreover the staff is very cooperative. It's also quite near to Golden Temple area and someone who come to Golden Temple, would definitely stay here and enjoy.

Worst experience ever, stayed in this hotel on July 2 with friends. Water was not received whole night even after repeated orders. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Friends, check all the things before payment, so that the fun of travel should not be spoiled. Staff's language was tolerable but if you don't get the facility then it's no use

Worst ever experience. They should not be in hotel industry at all. Stinky rooms. No exhaust. No proper ventilation. They don’t give water to drink in rooms. Even a single bottle is chargeable. No proper electric and water supply. Over and above staff is rude. Think hundred times before u zero in to this hotel.

I went to the hotel midtown banquet in my summer vacations I order many eatables and drinks that was a so delicious 😋 the view of the hotel is very good luxurious and the parking space is also very big and it was very interesting and beautiful place in my summer vacations 🙂
