Coffee taste is best as usual on all cafe coffee day outlets. It is just near to jhaliawala bagh museum on the road to harmandir sahib (golden temple). All coffees like cafe mocha, latte, cappuccino, frappe and other foods available. Two floors are here for sitting. Staff is very nice and service is fast and good. All over it is a good outlet of CCD. I enjoyed my cup of mocha and time here.

Great location. Staff was great very polite and courteous. Tried and like the filter coffee. We had to make a pit stop as our son was tried and had to sleep. We spent two hours and like the view of the Avenue

Cappuccino good. The sandwich wasn't that great. It had been toasted for too long and was burnt.

Great comfortable place on the busy streets nears golden temple. Good food and drinks. Paytm was supported but manager was clueless on how to use it. Boo.

Nice to place to have coffee and snacks.variety of drinks and snacks available. Nice surrounding and cool environment. Very good service and decent furniture inside. Very popular in India and with foreigners. Must visit when come to Golden Temple.

The staff were terrible, and the quality of the drinks were poor. I made an order, and the staff processed it wrongly. In the end, they said they “ran out” of what I initially ordered and just handed out what they wrongly prepared, which tasted terrible! This is one of my worst experiences at a famous chain like Cafe Coffee Day. The service is much better back home in malaysia (The worst part is that it’s based in India, and the service in its home country, or at least the chain I went to, is complete rubbish). [i ordered a mango milkshake of some sort, and the “staff” made a chocolate one. Instead of telling me they processed the order wrongly, they just said they ran out of whatever was needed to male the mango milkshake].

It's about today at 3:00 p.m. The two women were just about to give order for two cup of coffee ☕️. when the customer get to know about technical problem of card swipe machine of cafe coffee day. They both tell the counter lady staff to cancel the order, but the staff deny to cancel the order and forcing the women to take the order. The thing is that the women haven't took any service. Afterwards the two women customer get out of the cafe coffee day, but the lady staff goes out of the C.C.D. to stock that women to huminiliate in public. that was the worst service of this branch. inconvenient, bad staff, irrespective. 😡

Terrible service. Disgusting soy milk (get a proper one instead of the terrible thing you have). They didn't have small size to TA and force me to pay for the king size even after telling them to not fill it up to the end because I don't want king size. Costumer giver always argue with costumer. Just terrible!!! Learn how to give proper service!

Why the hell staffs are so moody? They didn't say if the extra is costing money. I ordered brownies and she went like, with ice cream or chocs mam? I said errr chocs? Get my point? She didn't say that is additional options. Idk brownies in here came with or without chocs! Then I said no if it's cost money she went super moody like a 3yo throwing face and she even throw spoon and brownies reluctantly. Gosh.
