Good Look, Great atmosphere .Enjoyed snacks and dinner. All the dishes were having good taste. Corn masala item was very much good In taste. Service was also satisfactory. Chapati was soft. All vegetables were tasty. On 1st floor, It was nice kitty Hall.We gathered here for small function .In this function,Momentos were.distributed Valet parking is also good.

Overall the experience was amazing. Starting from valet to reception greeting to room service and food everything was nice and pleasant. The staff is really cooperative and polite. Definitely recommended !!!!

1. dealing of staff is very poor..... i felt insulted when i just entered to the resturant no one came to us when we were sitting on our comfortable table when we sat then there staff came and said sorry sir it is reserved u find some other place to sit 2. staff keep on wandering here and there i was with my guest and waited almost alot long for someone to take our order 3. once we had taken our food asked them for the bill and paid our bill again we have to wait for so long for the change, and staff was gossiping and laughing. 4. felt like staff is arogant. 5. many items in menu are not available. what ever my guest select the item from the food they say it is not available to us. Felt insulted with my guest over there for taking them there.

One of the best hotels and wonderful place for overall experience including hospitality of staff, owners, quality, quantity of food, ambience, feet at home experience. Food is worth the place & quality. 500 times better than wasting money in restaurants like New Ahuja Sweets which offers less price but attitude of staff, owners is bad and quality, quantity of food is worst.

We came to India after 7 years and had couple dinner..Enjoyed the dinner and live music. Thanks to Mr Dinesh one of their staff members.

Service is very slow at the restaurant. Had a family dinner on the first floor restaurant of this place. Food came in parts which was supposed to be delivered together resulting in finishing of the meal and other dishes still in the process of being delivered to the table. Extremely upset about the experience. Service needs to be more efficient and fast. Waiters were forgetting the name of the dishes for their own restaurant which was hard to pronounce for then as well. Seemed a confused restaurant overall.

Its a good place to stay. Food quality is quite good , room are well maintained and clean , overall experience good .

The best hotel in town. Pleasant and very welcoming staff. Food at the restaurant was v good. Good location close to everything. Round the corner there is a beer shop with the coldest beer in Punjab. Plenty of fresh fruits and veggies across the street.

This is a good place to stay or go for eating. The infrastructure is excellent and the atmosphere is good too. The location is accessible with any three wheeler.

Had our first birthday function for our dearest daughter. Had an amazing party. Awesome experience in respect of service and quality.

Stay was okay but wit respect to hospitality the hotel rates in negative. The valet boys are the only courteous bunch of all, with etiquettes better than the management posted behind the counter/phone. Had to wait for an hour to get the luggage from the room to car after checking out, ultimately had to help ourselves despite of all the hue and cry. Apparently a party was being hosted at the banquet and guests were prioritised over house guests- depicting how the hotel stoops low in hospitality. Definitely don’t recommend.

4 star because some hidden charges are there.2 water bottle are there in room, if drink 1 bottle then it's complementary but 2nd bottle is paid one. Some stacks are also placed in room I had consumed, when but at check out extra charges for that snack.Hotel management should look into these hidden charges that impact image of hotel

I'm regular guest at Hotel Best Western kapurthala. All over good facilities and hygiene, But the female staff at Front Reception behave very rudly. Its 3rd time ina row she didn’t behaved well during check-in as i’m the regular guest…

Hotel Best Western is a good property to stay in while in Kapurthala. The rooms are adequately spacious and clean with a good décor and all necessary amenities. The staff is very polite, smart and professional. The room service is efficient. The food is very delicious with a good spread and is reasonably priced. Overall, it is a nice option to stay right in the center of Kapurthala town. All the places worth visiting in Kapurthala are close by.

Service was excellent, rooms were bright and comfortable and kept really clean. Staff were excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely go back fully recommend staying at this hotel. Thanks from us in U.K We visited on 19th September 2023.

Lesser parking. The place is nicely built and food is above average.

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and clean. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The furniture and amenities in the room were in excellent condition

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days and the whole payment was made in advance and this was my experience: Very poor quality service, the exhaust of room wasn’t working, at first they said that the exhaust works only for 1 hour a day but when we insist them to turn it on as the room became uncomfortable, it turned out that the exhaust wasn’t working then we asked them to change our room and after taking 1 whole day they told us that other rooms are having the same issue, during our 7 days stay they couldn’t resolve the issue. Apart from this, the breakfast only had limited options for the price we paid of ₹5000 per day.

The property is amazing and the Staff goes an extra mile to make the stay memorable. Kudos to the management for such high level hospitality. I want to thank Mr. Manoj Sharma (Chief Engineer) for his warm welcome. And everything about the restaurant is top notch. Would always look forward to be here.

The management was very unprofessional and uncooperative. The food was not up the mark and after complaining no further steps were taken instead the manager started arguing. That bad experience was not expected from this reputed hotel.

One of the best hotels in Kapurthala. Located near the railway station. The rooms are neat and well maintained, the pantry serves good food.

Average service. Drinks very late. Raw chicken served. Chipped plates. Dinning area setup was nice but food and service very poor. At least have crockery not chipped/ broken. Wont be back. Waste of time and money!

Excellent example of Hospitality. Today i have spent few hours at BW Kapurthala, From Entrace to till check out everything was perfectly managed by staff. Clean and Hygienic rooms, Room Service is very good and taste of food has made our day. Well Managed and Maintained Hotel in Kapurthala. Hats off and congratulations to the entire team of BW Kapurthala.

You people has improved your food quality from before but you need to prove your service. We waited more than 30minutes for food we ordered. No management at all. You need to learn how to handle crowd in restaurant without delay or in good manner. Once we ordered one thing we have to ask at-least 5-6 times for one thing. So hire more staff to overcome this thing. Thank you.

Its a good place to stay. Rooms are decent and are value for money. I am only giving 3 stars because of the food quality. Its not a demotivation but just a reminder that you guys need to improve your food. I will surely re-review my ratings in a year or so. Rest everything was unbeatable.

Service in restaraunt is slower than Tortoise 🐢. Mis-Management at its best at Best western.... It takes 30 min to get bottle of beer. Pls come with 4 hrs to have a normal meal , bcos hotel staff is in no hurry...

Good experience while staying in the hotel. Rooms was ok but not big size, inside amenities was ok. Breakfast options are less but ok. Room service little slower but front desk is ok. Non smoking rooms only was a concern for smokers.

Everything was perfect. Location , rooms , ambience of hotel, room service was upto the mark. I have stayed a night with my family & we would loce to cone back again. I have booked the room with 2 meals but only dinner was disappointed as i was thinking about buffet dinner but instead we were offer limited option to choose from menu. Although food was tasty but dinner was limmited option due to free dinner option we had choose.
