It was average....though this outlet is new here still the service is poor and also the quality of food is okay not so good.

I am writing this review as I am sitting inside Bikanerwala Lawrence road outlet. I ordered Raj kachori and veg Thali at 8.30 pm and they told me to wait at table and everything will be served at your table. It's 9.15 pm and after 3 reminders they haven't served me veg Thali and finally I asked for refund they said they don't have refund policy. I do not recommended this place at all those who want food immediately after order. Yes if you can wait for an hour to get your food they are happy to serve you.

I ordered bhature chole and they took 40 minutes to serve......if u want to eat stale chole and too much oily visit bikanervala

This is their Mix Veg full plate... It taste like hell and the quality of food is very very very bad... Don't ever go to that Bikanerwala... You will definitely regret if you ever purchase anything from this place... I personally recommend you to take a strict action against this outlet

Amazing food quality, but a bit pricey. Ambience is fine and the thing that I love about this place is that it is not noisy at all. Don't make you wait too long for your order. A must try!

i went yesterday for a light get together with my friends. and i must say the cold coffee that we ordered was amazinggg to a level that we didn't stop complimenting the chef for it. but for some reason the manager wasn't there. so i want to convey my message too that the cold coffee by the chef was mind- blowing! keep it up!

I got rajma and chhole rice packed today for train travelling. They didn't provide spoon and food was of no use without spoon that too in train.

I went to Bikanerwala with my family with a lot of expectation but was highly disappointed with the service as well as the food quality served here. I decided to go with some south-Indian food by trying their vegetable uttapam and Masala Dosa , but all I can say at the end that neither of them was upto the mark in the matter of taste as well the quality of the food . The dosa was not at all crisp and filling was very less. It also seemed that the batter used for the dosa was not at all fresh. Also , dosa was somewhat hard . Whereas the vegetable uttapam on the other hand was bit better than the dosa , all i can say it was an average one. So, I had a very below average experience for the place, hoping the management to improve the experience for the future.

Good Ambience...food is appetising ..decor is beautiful..decent place to be with family and friends. Would recommend Raj Kachori

Good place to satisfy your street food craving. Hygienic and good in quality , quantity. Ground floor serves sweet and savory pack items. First floor serves as a restaurant with ample of seating arrangements. You need to place the order at the counter and get a token for yourself first. We faced challenge in payment as the card machine was not working. We ended up paying cash which was luckily available at that moment. Service staff was polite and very fast in attending to our order.

Visited a day before Diwali Somehow it was pathetic condition.All tables were full of dirty utensils.It was understaffed and same person was bringing food and picking dirty utensils.

It's okay...Not that great taste as compared to other competitors in Amritsar...a bit overpriced as per taste n sitting arrangement.

Chole was terrible, too much of masala in that. Bhature were not smelling good, smell reminded me of an omelet. Very slow service even though 5-6 customers were there. Apart from this we ordered Fried rice with manchurian. Manchurian was not good at all, it was sour. We also tried Spring rolls, they were okay type . Spring rolls had no taste what so ever. Overall disappointed.

It's ok nice place for dinning. Variety of dishes served are ok not large menu is there . Give 3 stars for well standard maintenance , good seating and taste ok. Cut 1 star for low parking and 1 star for over prices .

The staff is not trained properly. I had a parcel order and when i went to the counter the staff was snacking at the counter and they prepared my food without sanitizing their hands. Ever thought that i would see such thing from such a good place.

Tarnished the name of the worldwide famous Bikanerwala chain of restaurants. Service is very poor, supposed to eat on the ground floor and use the restroom on the first floor, the washrooms are extremely dirty with no sense of hygiene. Bad experience.

Good place for dinning

Had ordered samosas and kachoris today. Stuffing of samosas was dark coloured. Potatoes appeared to be stale. Kachoris were filled with bad foul smelling oil. Both of these were nauseating.....so bad taste. My first and last order from bikanerwala. All of the stuff was thrown directly into the dustbin.... Won't ever order.

Very Lazy and Annoying Staff. If u wanna watch a full episode of netflix. Come here and sit , because anyhow they ll not give ur order before 1hr , doesn't matter if it's a single kachori or anything else.
