Nice hotel but when the speaking exams of IELTS or UK visa 's happened then there is not a kind of any facilities for sitting purpose for the guardian or parent who comes along with aspirants

I recently stayed at a hotel during my trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The hotel was located in a convenient area, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's amenities. The fitness center was well-equipped, with a variety of machines and equipment to choose from. I also enjoyed the hotel's breakfast buffet, which offered a delicious selection of hot and cold items to start my day off right. Overall, I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff, amenities, and location all exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay during their travels.

Booked a hall for engagement function and was a big disappointment thing. Power cut for 30min and no light because they don’t have any electricity source. Their DJ was a big mess. Don’t book this disgusting place for your wedding functions.

This hotel is particularly used for IELTS speaking examination and UK based IELTS as well. Easily approachable near the bus stand. It would be better to come by richshah from bus stand or by foot it will take 15 minutes. In terms of hotel, there is reception on the entrance and lift is also available. Hygienic washroom and regarding security purposes it is safe.

Sorry to say that your reception staff didn't offered any service request. On the other hand they were rude to me to move out immediately from hotel area. We belong to respectable society and one should be polite to guests. Please check out behavior of your staff on cctv and then respond. I will be eagerly waiting for your reply on this matter . The food is one of the best I’ve had in India!The place is really good !! The staff is helpful and polite as well. Room services are great. The ambience and calmness is perfect. One of the best hotel I visited in india The charges are normal as well. I did like the food as well

My experience of stay was not so good because i got skin infection after using thr towels / beds. Services in resturant also need improvement as no one visit to serve you till you call them.

Well my friend was here for the ielts speaking test. Here they even charge for parking area like if you are getting enough money from IDP for conducting ielts exam then why are you charging this cost from the candidates just because they all are coming over 4 wheeler like if a person is not carrying cash along with the phone, that person might have a risk for car parking. As well as parking near this place is not available. I think it's not legitimate to earn like from this method from the rest of the public. Please resolve this issue asap.

It was a awesome place and with in budget. Buffet system was very good Quality of food was Excellent. Best part is projector 📽️was there and awesome song was played over there. If ur vegetarian then must tell in advance or order in advance for the egg less cake.

This is not the first visit here, but this time Delivered wrong order for soup, extra spicyness, specifically asked to deliver main course after 15mins of having soup, no instructions were taken care of anf dinner was severed, n we were forced to have it. Staff should maintain notepads to write the orders and instructions.

No staff availability for luggage system. I stayed with my 1 year kid but bad experience of no staff for providing luggage , mosquitoes in room , kettle not working , entering in bathroom we experience full smoking smell . No clealiness in Maharaja suite and 5 times i called reception for my suitcase but no response from their side . Poor quality of room mattres with mosquitoes and nobregard to customer.

Wedding engagement event: staff seemed at odd to provide a service consistent with an event being held at the hotel venue. Worth noting that seems to be the case across all Jalandhar hotels where event management by hotels is vastly inferior.

Food has always been fantastic here, but during my last visit it was below average.

1 great thing about the hotel is that they got a live performance from a wonderful singer Vineet. Most of the hotels especially in Jalandhar don't have that, so that's a unique thing about this hotel and the foods are freaking delicious.

Loved the stay, Breakfast was Upto mark. Room was clean. Except the lift was full of errors. You should repair it ASAP or remove the card system.

Hotel Maya is more costlier than a similar kind of hotel. Food is good, but restaurant management is poor. After so many requests, they never served cartilary set on a plate for all. They put cartilary set on table mat, but table mats are not changed after every customer. This is a disgusting habit for a restaurant. I dislike this thing.

Overall, good rooms, good service and central location. Rooms are comfortable with good features, although they missed keeping room slippers and iron box. Food options are plenty with good taste. Room service is prompt and will conducted.

Calming place, awesome view, IELTS test op but too cold water for drinking and using disposables for drinking water which generates a lot of waste

I had a pleasant stay experience at The Maya Hotel. Staff is friendly and supportive.

The hotel looked nice and quiet. We visited for a function in the basement banquet and it was nice. The food was good and tasty.

Poor service management of restaurant service staff do not take care of things by its own and even basic things like timely serving water, clearing tables etc and every time service staff has to call to do these think. Moreover wait time after order is long than usual restaurant of this rating. Most importantly taste of snacks is average rather not recommended main course is somewhat good

To me it's a worthless hotel. Many other options are available in jalandhar at this price. They are Charging Service charges in Room Rent which is unacceptable and unethical.

Best 4 star hotel ,food is also good better' than other similar 4 start, spacious, luxury finished room with bath tub. Nice faacde view from room.
