We booked hotel for official meeting for two night stay with 30+ rooms bookings since 2017. When we asked for cloth slipper on 22.12.21, hotel staff denied that they don't have cloth slippers. Room service is worst and no one responding on reception in morning time. many times called but not provided dental kit and saving kit. Food quality and food menu is very much poor. even they don't had sufficient fruit in morning breakfast. We are totally fed up with the hotel service.

As soon as you enter the hotel, it starts becoming apparent that the property is dull because of low maintenance. Carpets are dirty making the alleyways looks like fire escape. The lock of the room was not working. After multiple calls to reception and 4 keys programmed, still issue was there. So, ironically, keys were not working at the KEYS hotel. Breakfast buffet was again, sub-par given the property.

Keys are using the name of Lemon Tree. Did not like the overall hotel experience. Rooms were not properly managed/cleaned. Areas to work on : Hotel needs to be managed well, cleaned well, painted well, issues with aroma of the hotel, etc A few areas that we like: Breakfast was good (could be better though)

Rooms rates are expensive as per location & standard rooms. Worst Service, rooms are low class quality.. Food rates are way too expensive Hotel Location Outer city limits Cabs not easy to get No near by hotels to eat Difficult to commute from this hotel Highly recommended not to book or stay in this KEYS hotel.

I went to work in this hotel, but the system here is not good. Whatever Romanian staff comes to this hotel, especially the ones who treat us Indians and Sri Lankans as their slaves, I saw Sri Lanka, India, Nepal. Workers come to work in this hotel only for 3 or 4 months. All this should be seen by the hotel owner

Just worst rooms ever. The hotel is in crumbles. When complaint, manager said renovation is going on. My question is if renovation is going on then why you are giving rooms to guests? Just worst ever experience. I thought it's lemon tree brand must be good. But it's just too bad.

Don't visit in Winters, you will not have Hot water till 7:30 am. Don't trust the staff, as they will tell you that they will give you a discount, but at checkout they would say, "ab toh bill generate ho gya, ab hum kya kare, kuch nhi ho sakta." Lemon Tree did a mistake to take this Hotel under there Flagship, you don't do such and be there Guest ( wrong word to be used, as they don't believe in service). There are plenty of other hotels in Ludhiana in the same budget, go there if you have to.

I recently stayed and wanted to share my experience. While the rooms themselves were adequate, I must say that the service I received during my stay was disappointing and fell well below my expectations. Despite the decent rooms, the overall service was the poorest I have ever encountered. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to guest needs. Simple requests for assistance or information were met with delayed responses, if any at all. It was disheartening to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. In addition, there were instances where basic amenities were not replenished promptly, and housekeeping seemed inconsistent. The lack of attention to detail and the overall level of service left much to be desired. I believe that exceptional service is a key component of a satisfactory hotel experience, and unfortunately, it was sorely lacking during my stay. While the rooms themselves were fine, the poor service overshadowed any positives. I hope that this feedback can serve as an opportunity for the hotel management to address these issues and improve the overall guest experience.

Good Place to stay little outside of Ludhiana. Service is good and Food is also tasty.

Rooms are below average. Dirty curtain. Buffet had very limited choices not with of Rs. 850. Location is very far. No care for hygiene. Absolutely not recommended and will not visit again.

Very bad stay. The chair was broken in the room. There was no hot water. The tap had no washer it was spilling water. The receptionist was not interested in taking feedback also. The staff is lousy even to get a plate they take 15-20 mins. Don’t waste your money. Will not be going back there. The masala tea and omelette was very good.

Clean and nice place. Polite and courteous staff. The breakfast could have been better. Since it's included in room tariff,can be eaten but not that great. Otherwise it's a pleasant place to stay for couple of days.

Located opposite City centre Mall, near the southern bypass, Ludhiana. This hotel provides a good staying experience. Rooms are nice and clean though some people find them a bit small. Room service was good, food was good. The hotel staff was well educated and well behaved. They have a big hall for attending meetings and large gatherings there. No parking issue, they've got underground parking as well. Overall it was a good experience for me.

Good spot..enjoyed the Kathi Rolls here and appreciate Chef. Ravinder who prepared the best one which I have ever had it. Also to appreciate Mr. Rakhvinder and Mr. Deepak at Breakfast counters.

Rooms are small... Didn't like the preparation much too. But the washrooms are good and cleanliness is taken good care of. So I'll go there again

Though it's a good place to stay...there are some small things to be worked upon...room size is just enough for 1 person...so is the bed...food menu should be elaborated...the food is good but choices are limited

I would like to share my honest opinion on this hotel! I was visiting from canada and wanted a good place to stay. I found this chain of lemon tree to be best! But unfortunately I had one of the WORST experiences in this hotel. 1. Full payment in advance: We have 2 rooms and while checkin they asked for full payment in advance. I made it. 2. No wifi: It took not only me hut various other guests complaining about wifi issues and they said IT will fix it. But 2 nights stay was goje without wifi. This is the reason then we realised why they ask for full payment in advance so that no one can ask for refund! 3. Customer service: Worst one! No one was there to help or assist! You call them from room, they will pick and listen the complaint and disconnect your call. Even I heard manager talking bad in native language about guests. This is so embarassing. 4. Rooms condition: AC panel power was broken, you cannot adjust temperature! Lemon tree should look into this if they want to save their reputation. ‘My trip from canada was devastated just because of this hotel experience. Its not that I am only complaining, There was 1 Good thing: Housekeeping department was best and at its service!

Our stay was good. Room as wll as morning breakfast service was prompt by Ankuj and his team. We were very much satisfied.

The Air-conditioning was poor the room was not getting chill. Cooling problem was not fixed despite of informing the staff.. while staff was courteous they probably couldn't fix the bad aircon. There was some bad smell of smoke in the lobby and the same was stinking property is not well maintained. My experience was not worth the money i had spent here . Not recommended.

The staff are friendly and helpful but seemed disorganised at reception. The bed and room are comfortable with good pillows but the sheets are well worn with bobbles. The breakfast was good but there is no WiFi in the lobby and the room WiFi repeatedly dropped in and out. The hotel may be good for business but it’s a long way out from town.

Bed bugs in the bed. Sheets were disgusting, asked to have them changed the room cleaner said thats not something he could do… They were covered in blood stains and yellow (you know what) stains. Never coming back here again.

Great service station stop .. have a quick bite menu as well as proper heavy meal options available too. Not sure about the hygiene. It's was a great stop over though. To stretch legs n relax after a long drive.

Keys Select is very comfortable stay with warm welcome staff. Prices are affordable. Rooms and services excellent. Heigenic is very good for family. Food and beverages are very tasty. Pls try once if you not visited. I prefer again and again if in Ludhiana. Thanks the entire team.

Room good,staff helpful, parking space is emple, breakfast so so , not good for winters as heater is not so powerful in rooms.

The hotel is not in very good state as in outskirts somewhere. Staff was good. Though Corona has hit everywhere. Food menu is very restricted so have to eat your dinner/lunch out. Some work was going on in the hotel presently.Expect far better from the keys hotel

Me and my husband was very comfortable here. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Vikas, Aakash, Mandeep,Puja and Krishna were very good.

It's wasnt as I expected it to be. Basic eminities weren't at the room like brush, soap, hand wash etc. The AC wasn't working properly so had to tell them to fix it. The breakfast can be better as the parantha and egg was stale plus cleanliness wasn't upto anyone's expectations. The service takes time! For the cost it should've been better. The fridge wasnt working, we had medicines we hard to refrigerate and we couldn't. The room beds were good, the behavior of the staff was pleasant and the area of the hotel.

Room cleanliness is poor. The linen was smelling of tobacco smoke. Counter staff very polite and well mannered. Breakfast is mediocre. Overall rating not more than 3.

Before the property was well mananed, but I think after Pandemic, not maintained, lobby was messy and smelly!! Plz do check before booking your stay!!

Washroom and overall hotel building is getting old now. Tariff is jot justified with overall ambience. Other better options are widely available.

Had stayed here many years ago and was at that point of time a good place to stay. The present stay was very different to my earlier stays and the hotel is now old and in need of a renovation. The room had a twitchy chair, a relatively small TV. The gym seems to be neglected and is in need of some attention. Definitely not worth the money charged and needs a facelift.

This is very old property. No maintenance in the room. Bad smell comes every where. Staff is not co-operative. Food is average. Leakage from rooftop.

Horrible place and overpriced. There is nothing like keys group of hotel. Earlier I stayed in keys hotel at trivendrum and it was awesome experience. Don't get cheated on the name of keys. Staff is quite lazy and unprofessional.

This is the worst hotels I have stayed in Ludhiana for the amount they charge. Rooms were stinking and the bathroom is for kids only. Wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here.

Most of reviews are FAKE I staid may times in lemon tree hotel chain at different places never seen worst room as LUDHIANA. Very small and non facilities beds are very small Even don't TRY to stay.

It's ok ok hotel .so many things has to be upgraded. Breakfast Spread should be enhanced. Lift should go to basement parking. Bathroom cleanliness should be more.
