very nice my ielts exm was conducted over there, and staff was really helpful as well as cooperative speaking examiners

There was bad smell every where like rotten eggs specially in washroom, there was no any fragrance, I don't feel comfortable over there.

Service is very bad of this hotel. During the exam there was 3 time power cut in hall c1 and c2 because the lack of proper management.Moreover there is no space or chair to sit for parents who visit there with their children.

Worst Hotel I have stayed so far. Though rooms are big but paint is falling, the mirror is damaged so thay covered it with cloth. Toiletries were kept in huge jars with pump, towels were not there. The door locks are in a bad condition. Mystery room where there a door behind another door. Worst is there Food service, you order and forget for half an hour atleast. Nobody picks up the room service phone easily. The reception person was only available to take the luggage.

I went there for my ielts exam ... everything is very good here.. surroundings are superb.

I had booked it via Agoda. The photos they gave given to agoda are false the rooms are bad worn out. Dirty Linen on bed, Ac doesnt work termite in rooms. Bathroom ceiling damp, ceiling particles falling on ground. no buffet breakfast even after committing on Agoda. I have the photos but no post option here for phtots.

Stayed here for 5 days.. staff is very cordial and helping in nature. Stay was very comfortable and peaceful.. location is excellent..food quality is good and you can order in the room directly. highly recommended if you want peaceful atmosphere and no disturbance.

Visited in Aug 23, the hotel is mainly for IELTS exam centre. The restaurant is not functioning. You have to order from room service only with limited choice of food. Due to ongoing construction work outside, the vehicle approch is inconvenient. Not recommended.

Heritage building reminds me of stay in earlier days 😊.. room is very nice… Happy being here

I have been there today and hopefully will have to go there again.. some parts of bathrooms that are meant to be used by staff or non guests or visitors, they need cleaning and u will see lots of CHAINI KHAINI used pouches in most of bathrooms. Though staff is helping.

It's okay okay as the furniture and structure is now very old inside and it is Damp and Cold however the Service is still good .. Mostly now Hotel Gulmor is used for many companies associations such as ILETS, Company meets and sessions and all that stuff....Tourists tend not to have their stays booked at Hotel Gulmor....

Well Maintained and Preventive measures were followed by using distancing, Mask and Sanitizer. Good Staaf & hospitality.

The place must have been a beauty in the past but it is poorly managed now. There should a full time manager, attendants, clean rooms, decorated lawn. The city needs some infrastructure to attract tourists. This would help the hotel business and also the investment by busin ssmen. Felt sad on seeing an old beauty losing its charm!!!!!

Third class arrangements and worst parking management during IDP IELTS examination. Management was not at all co-operated.

There is no any siting area for those who are with their wards.who appear in IELTS test. Bathroom was also In bad condition which is for parents. The parking facility is also not good . when I last visited to this hotel we parked our car on road

One of the few hotels in ludhiana having maximum space in center of city. It has limited itself into IELTS examination center. If mgt apply themselves it can utilize its space for much more purpose

I went there for my ielts exam honestly speaking the structure of the hotel was impressive , but the toilets was very very worst and dirty the waster was overcoming thru pipes

Built in large area but not maintained properly. Rooms need makeover and even the reception area needs upgradation.
