Rooms - 4/5 Hospitality - 5/5 Food - 4/5 Location - 4/5 The property is located very well right next door to a couple of malls. The rooms were very comfortable & they were very accommodative with us by letting us change our 4 rooms from king beds to twin beds immediately. They have a really nice pool on the rooftop & that’s one of the best amenities of the property. Breakfast is served on the 1st level & they’ve got a very good spread there too. Highly recommended if you’re staying in Ludhiana.

It was a delightful experience to be a part of this great property which was in the most accessible location of the city and yet free from the cacophony. The moment you enter the hotel you feel safe seeing the safety protocols being followed by the hotel. The check-in experience was yet another attraction as they did not make me wait and retrieved my information based on my membership number with Hyatt, reducing the paper formalities to an extent. The rooms were spotless, big enough and totally noise less which I’ve hardly experienced in other hotels that are on the city center. The couch in the room was giant and comfortable and the revolving chair’s comfort eased my business work in the evening. The washrooms were too lavish isolating the bathing section with a bathtub which was so apt to relive your body’s stresses with a warm water fill. The aroma in the hotel ambience was so intoxicating that it will certainly pull you back to this property if you are nearby. Pamper your taste buds with the great quality and taste of food served on their 1st floor restaurant and the interiors of the hotel and the theme undoubtedly steal the show. Lastly, the hotel staff was way too courteous and I was deeply elated by the level of hospitality that was offered to me during my stay especially at the times when I interacted with the Hotel Managers, Mr. Jagvir and Mr. Harneek. Hotel staff makes a big difference while choosing a property to stay in an unknown place. One word – Phenomenal.

Ambience of Hotel is Superb. But if we talk about services then it is not comparable even with 2 star hotel. You order something from reception and keep waiting, you will neither get any further response nor the required item. Even water bottles are not in room. Our stay at 3 star and 4 star hotels was much much better than this 5 Star hotel. So Dear Owner please change the management or don't call it 5 Star.

It's Just Average. They are short-staffed. Attended a wedding there 10 minutes to drop the car 20 minutes to get it back. Out of Menu I ordered coffee they took pretty long for that. Like decently long. One goes to such places to enjoy comfort, so I would say its an average if you are looking it from service angle.

Nice large rooms, breakfast is good (but not european section). Wifi is not good. Cleaning could be better and room service more attentive (forgot a demand).

Stayed here for a night. Was very happy with the stay. The hotel is very clean and staff were very friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Dinner was great. Lots of food choices and the food was very good. The service there was great. I asked for a drink that wasn’t on the menu. Even tho the server had no clue, he said don’t change your mind, I’ll see what I can do and came back with the drink after some Google research. The drink was 10/10. Staff were friendly with everything I asked. The gym was little messy when I went up there but that’s most due to the people working out there and having no gym etiquette. Parking in the front is also a little tight when it’s busy it took me about 7-10 minutes before I reached the valet. But overall, 10/10 service and experience.

I stayed at this hotel during my cousin’s wedding. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were very neat and clean with all the amenities that you can expect from a 5 star chain. The breakfast buffet has also a lot of variety. Overall it was a nice stay.

Having poor experience towards service providing or on commitment level 10days back, booked a room through booking.com and called to Hyatt Regency on daily basis to confirm on the decoration part to celebrate special occasion with Brand Value of Hyatt Group or if they are not providing then would cancel the booking. All the time, they had confirmed me on daily basis not to worry about on decoration part. We will provide you on chargeable basis but once reached there on my special occasion, shocked to see a poor decoration part was done in complementary basis with 20 colorful balloons of street shop. Being a Brand Name of Hyatt, really ashamed to have a part of this family for one day.... Never ever recommending to anyone to celebrate such occassion with this Group.

Hotel and the whole staff of hotel is very good. And the food is amazing. I enjoy the Pasta make by Mr.Surjeet Chef . Chef Surjeet was amazing and fantastic cook. his food was out of this world! I will definitely use his services again.... Highly recommend

Situated at prime location of ludhiana. The food quality and variety was so good. The size of room was slightly small but there was also option of two combined rooms. Service was also so fast and good.

Horrible staff and experience. I was there on weekend , tired after driving all the way from Gurgaon. Showed them my virtual ID passport and aadhar. Rather than be welcoming they were continuously asking for physical ID (If so display before online confirmation page in BOLD). The so called manager handed over a piece of paper with Punjabi language to read the guidelines. Kudos. Waited for my car (which was in hotel parking) approx. 17 mins. A big no no for future. Super dissatisfied.

As I mentioned before, they can do so much better with the amount being charged. Other than the pool and steam room there are no other recreational activities there and if it’s under maintenance, then good luck because that happened to me and thank god I simply booked for a day, after that I went to another hotel. The staff was alright, and although we had paid and booked online, nothing was ready like the lady at the reception kept us wait g for atleast half an hour. We were so tired from the journey and also within that 30 mins she or anyone there bothered to walk us through with what is what like we received a complimentary breakfast and she didn’t even mention about that. It was a disappointing stay and don’t tell me it’s an experience you “ definitely dont seem to provide” because you did. I’ve been to other Hyatts and it’s not even comparable to this one.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. The hotel looks rundown and is in dire needs of renovation and improvement.. room cards don't work, doors don't lock, housekeeping is slow, floors needs to be redone , etc.. The good thing about the hotel was their breakfast.. the servers Sumit and Vijesh were super friendly and nice.. they took care of us and ensured that we had a memorable experience..

The property is charming and extremely comfortable. The kids loved the activity room, and the rooms are typical of an upscale . We also loved the pool which is warmed to a temperature that was almost like a jacuzzi. Where this hotel really stands out is in the quality of service that it's staff provides. There is an absolute culture of providing exceptional service in every aspect. The restaurant prepared customized dishes for us, all of which were excellent. The front desk was excellent at meeting our every need, including local transportation, restaurant recommendations etc. Overall, you just can't go wrong with it.

We stayed one night in premier suite, and except the size of the room, and bed there was nothing special about the highest paid room in this facility. The bed linens are not soft, pillows were flat, robes straps were ripped, towels although white color showed signs of overused. Pretty much all linens, towels, pillows, robes, hand towels are in desperate need for replacement. The room needs proper cleaning and hotel itself needs a reno. These are some major flaws and as an NRI guest, and someone who often lives in 5 star hotels, this place is unfortunately not a 5 star rating hotel. To ask for that kind of money that we paid for premier suite and have these kind of flaws are absolutely not acceptable. Staff is nice and food was good, that's the only plus point I will give this place. Personally I wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed in the hotel in September 2022 for about two weeks. The hotel guest services and the staff working at the hotel reception are extremely stubborn. Repeated requests are ignored. House keeping services are very average and basic amenities are not provided, even after repeated requests. The food in the hotel is extremely oily and a few days of consuming this food left me with an upset stomach. To add to this, they do not have any grievance redressal system.

Bad experience. Their phone number on google doesn’t work, have to search it through Facebook. Then I never got a call back from them, as the guy said he can’t help me book - but will call me. Even after 2-3 calls, I didn’t hear from him. Finally, when I checked in, they gave me a smaller room compared to others in my group, no bathtub in my room, no iron/board, some of the lights didn’t work, USB charger worked intermittently, and worst of all - water in bathroom was clogged (pics attached). Customer service guys only apologised and were courteous, but didn’t help. From outside place looks magnificent, but on the inside it’s a different story

A highly charged place. It does not give value for money. The club room is filthy with taps leaking. The carpets are all stained. Toiletries are not upto the mark. Definitely the place can be avoided given a choice.

One of the best places in Ludhiana for long stay! Highly qualified hotel staff can solve almost any issue, starting from recharging the phone tarif, ordering transport or help in finding anything you want in the city at the reception; cooking of the special dishes according to my recipe in a restaurant. The rooms are cozy, the staff is polite and attentive, the food is delicious, the location is perfect! What else do you need to stay? Recommend! PS. I would like to express special thanks to the team of highly professional managers of the hotel, all the reception, restaurant and housekeeper staff, and everyone whose work is not visible, but they help this mechanism maintain the highest level of service.

I was there to attend a conference. The staff was good and polite. I liked their services in restaurant and cuisine also. On that day there was a wedding going on, that's why i found some hassle.

One of the best properties in ludhiana to stay. Wonderful rooms and wonderful service. Lobby area is quite small but that does not matter.Good breakfast good menu. Adjacent to wave Mall.

Hotel staff like Hardip she was one of the chefs at the hotel and gave exceptional service, food all good for the cleanliness needs alot of work. Just minor things at the hotel was is in some of the rooms the stuff was outdated or didn’t work like the phone and lights and the hotel needs to be upgraded. tThe hotel seems to be falling apart as it’s Hyatt the expectation were a lot higher then what was presented.

Hyatt Regency Ludhiana used to be a very good property. I have had a chance to stay at the hotel on multiple occasions, however, this time, my experience was horrible. The rooms are dirty. The carpets are super unhygienic and smell horrible. I was scared of stepping barefoot, thinking it may actually give me an infection. Also, the service was bad. I think their teams were busy with two wedding groups at the hotel, which led to a massive service quality issues. My room had no towels when I checked in. I requested front desk/housekeeping at least three times over a course of two hours for towels, which never arrived. Every time I called them, I got a response saying that a boy is already on his way with the towels. I wish I had spent my money elsewhere. Hyatt Regency Ludhiana really disappointed me, and I will think twice in future before booking the hotel.

This just wasn't what we expected from a hyatt. We were very disappointed to say the least. The room wasn't very clean, the carpet had so many stains, no safe, no minibar as mentioned in the hotel description. There was only one robe and two of us staying there. My list can go on !!! Won't be staying there again!

Horrible experience staying here. Guest service is so pathetic. Single girl and unwell currently staying in room no 4012 I asked for the medicine and reception guy told me he will call back in 2mins to confirm whether they have it or not. I’m still waiting for them to revert from last half an hour. Yesterday also I asked for band aid, they did not even provided and courteously they didn’t even responded me back till today if they have or not.

Wow I had such a great time at the gallery bar when I stayed at the Hyatt in Delhi. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels across the World, and I was absolutely amazed by the service provided by Ritik! Such an amazing young professional who is dedicated to servicing his guests. Such a memorable stay and experience second to none!

Rooms were ot ready when we checked in. Pillows were dirty. Many items in the breakfast buffet were stale. I got food poisoning. Housekeeping was terrible. Took upto 3 hours to get service. Sudden drop in standards.

Clean hotel. Next to mall which is convenient. Breakfast buffet was very good. Sous chef was accommodating to our daughter's allergy. Flexible front staff. Only complaint is there was an off-putting smell in our hallway. However, it didnt enter the room

I stayed here during an official trip and found the stay to be very comfortable. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with good bathroom accessories. I had meals outside but breakfast spread was amazing and with plenty of options. They have couple of live counters from Egg, South Indian, Parathas, Fruits and Sandwiches etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Good hotel. Room: The rooms are very conformable an clean. Food: The breakfast and dinner are good (quality and choice of dishes). Service: Very good. Location: Near mall and ATM. Down side: There were stains on the carpet in my room. No writing pad or a pen for that matter.

The rooms are great. The reception is very slow and easily forget what you ask and one must spend half hour before anything is done. Same is in the restaurant, very polite and courteous staff, but it stops there. They do not provide proper service. In three days stay we waited long every day for cutlery, salt n pepper vile or table service and they would mix up the order, some food was without taste. Better training is required by staff politeness alone will not suffice, service is the key to 5 stars.

Booked Hyatt due to proximity to hospital which I needed access to. The check in staff was very friendly. My request for 3rd bed was fulfilled. The corridor had a mouldy, old smell as if they have never been steam cleaned. The same issue existed with the carpet in room. The linen was clean but seem old. Bathrooms were old but clean. The place needs a revamp big time. Charging 5 star price but not to standard anymore.

I had a fantastic stay with my foreigner friend at this hotel ! The breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. A 5-star experience all around!

Very poor customer service, undisciplined stuff nothing cleaning No tissue paper in the bathroom they don’t wash bedroom sheets they charge me $ 2000 just to see me my guest. I would never recommend Ludhiana location anyone. They double book my room for someone else. When I came back from Party there was someone else in my room while my stuff is there.

In reality this is a 3 star hotel. From the steam room being literally old and dirty, to dirty rooms with co construction, smells, and yes bugs on the floor - if you’re expecting the tendency from Chandigarh or New York you’re in for a surprise

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the restaurant, the ambiance was inviting and elegant, setting the perfect mood for a memorable meal. The highlight of my dining experience was undoubtedly the culinary expertise of Chef Apoorva. Her passion for food and attention to detail clearly reflected in every dish that was served. Each plate presented a work of art, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures that left me craving for more.

Had a very good experience staying there. Warm hospitality. Food & service was good. Will stay there again. P.S. Depti at the front desk went out of her way to br helpful.

An Excellent stay , Ambience is quite soothing, one of the best place to stay when in Ludhiana, located next to Wave Mall , ideally located . Stayed with family for 5 nights , rooms are pretty large, services are too too good, Front Office manager Dhruv and associate Priyam are always ready to help you. thank you both for all the help, Morning and Night food spread is good . highly recommended for all travellers.

This is staff accomodation! you see it in pictures .. no door for toilet so you guess how staff.. Don't have parking in side for commercial vehicles ! When you plan stay here you need to Drive own vehicle if you hire cab with Driver .. they are not allowed to taxi in side the hotels ..

We have been staying at Hyatt Ludhiana for more than 10 days. The entire team is highly energetic and always keen to deliver the best service to the guests. Management team would regularly enquire for the feedback and very prompt for necessary improvement. We had few issues with the housekeeping and after feedback, all necessary action was taken with lot of agility. The best part is the morning breakfast, while food quality is excellent, it becomes a great experience due to the team. They are always on the toes for excellent service, despite rush never saw any compromise in the service level. Special mention to Chef Mr. Hardeep, the way he takes care of guests is actually a benchmark. During our stay, he had been always there to fulfill any ask specially for our 5 year old daughter.

Very Slow paced service , lacking hospitality, First one is asked to wait for 15 mins for buffet as its full, then you are expected to finish in 15 mins because they are closing ...will never recommend ..

I was here for a night on my business trip to Ludhiana. Came by road from Jalandhar. Economical place to stay. Room size usd event enough. Well maintained I would say. Linen and towels were fresh. Had a good night sleep, good set of pillows. Used the gym which was nice with basic equipments and functioning too. Food is average, we went for buffet for dinner and breakfast came as part of the package.

staff was good , cleanliness of the room, food quality was good. fitness center was well maintained .they just need to improve on the carpet cleanliness & maintainence ( sliding bathroom door lock) of the rooms.

While overall good experience personally did not have a good experience.. Slipped on the entrance stairs due to depth perception wearing a mask..

Excellent staff with super smiling and friendly attitude from bell desk to the end. The staff in the restaurant is fantastic as they make sure that every guest is served well. A special thanks to Aryaman and Chef Jaspal for making us so comfortable with our choice of breakfast. The housekeeping team is very attentive and hard working and Animesh makes all guest at ease with his team.. But, Dial 0 for all needs which actually is tiresome as 1 stop solution does not work in hospitality industry and we need to have specific verticals for specific needs, rest everything about this Hotel is awesome. We always love staying in HYATT whenever we visit Ludhiana only for the wonderful staff and service they have and provide.

I don't know where to begin. The property or the hospitality. Both were utterly impressive. The rooms are well equiped and spacious with good natural ventilation. I stayed at the club room and the rooms were clean, spacious and refreshing. What could possibly beat the ambience is the hospitality of the staff. Right from check in by Mr Bhushan to the gentleman who helped me with my luggage at check out. Warm smiles, great attitude, and extremely helpful and accomodating. I had the pleasure of interacting with the Exec Chef during the breakfast. A very warm gentleman who took the time out from his busy schedule to share pleasantaries with us. I would recommend this hotel to every traveller whether you are on business or pleasure. Thank you Hyatt Ludhiana team. You have my 6 Stars.

Seriously one of the best stays ever!! The Suite was super spacious, modern with really comfy beds. The Food was outstanding. Special Thanks to Chinar and the other Managers for being so kind and making this stay unforgettable!! Will definitely be back :)

Really a nice property to stay. It was my first time with Hyatt Ludhiana and it was excellent. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Rooms are so spacious and comfy. The restaurant serves really outstanding food. Big Shout out to Miss Simar for the assistance. Would love to stay again.

Amazing ambience, excellent food by Chef Gurdeep. Very humble person and good definitely is of excellent flavour by his end. Amazing place to eat mouth watering delicacy. Do try their sukha mutton if you are meat lover.

Lovely place, good food and excellent staff. Having one meal here makes you want another one. The mere presentation/ layout/ display of food soothes your eyes. Would totally recommend to everyone.
