The majority of stars in my rating, are for the food. The breakfast was as scrumptious, as it was possible for a chef. Along with the taste, the variety of dishes they had for breakfast was something to be appreciated. If I further divide breakfast into Food+ Service, both needs to be given equal points. The service by the staff, was at par, with the standard this hostel wants to set. Argo, I'm tottaly satisfied with my stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, tough it was just a one night stay but we enjoyed it thoroughly. The upkeep of the property is very good. Check in was smooth, morning breakfast was really good. Special Thanks to Ms. Kaur and Gaurav at reception, the young lady forgot her name was really good during breakfast. We will surely be back soon.

Very nice hotel near ISBT Ludhiana. Staff is very polite and courteous. Housekeeping and dining facility is appreciable. Nice place to visit and stay with family.

Location on point, facilities on point, hospitality on point. I loved my stay at the hotel, it’s a complete value for money. The breakfast at the property is delicious. The staff is also cordial and well trained. What I didn’t like about the stay was that I tried reaching the hotel 1 night prior to my check in and called them atleast 6 times between 10pm- 12am but no one responded, and my query was a little urgent. Another thing which can be improved is the pool area, I feel they should have proper lighting.

Hotel is very nicely maintained. Tasty food chef made it specially as per our requirements. Staff is polite and professional. Centrally located property. Well done Regenta.

First start with demerits. Just found couple of them in my 4 days stay. First hot running water. I think their boiler is of small capacity. You will be lucky to get hot shower even at 1pm. I think the boiler can’t handle morning rush hour. Evening it is boiling hot. Secondly, could have given more room to the toilet. Even the toilet at the airport has more leg room. Rooms are clean. Awesome breakfast buffet with friendly and well trained staff. 3.5 Stars from me. Small things fix I mentioned could have given them higher rating. Thanks

Its good. Infrastructure was good yeah there is swimming pool here but giving u window view of a swimming pool is not what I considered to b great And there was no mini fridge inside my room although it was mentioned in amenities

I visited this hotel for my employer’s team meeting. The banquet hall was quite spacious and easy to locate. The food quality was avon, the rooms were neat and clean. The parking facility is free and spacious. The decorations they used were environmental friendly. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The catering service was not too good. But can improve a bit more.

Food has improved since my last visit. But hotel maintenance and housekeeping has taken a nose dive. AC not working whole night, overall ambience is that of a hotel in wind up mode. Staying here since 2015 and sad to see a hotel go down like this.

Big name and no game! The hotel staff and the services too bad to write about. Even for water they took an hour. Old, rusty and smelly rooms. Had to cut short my stay to switch somewhere better. Please avoid!

In house restaurant Frontier by name :- God experience for business traveller. Specially Service staff behave well with their Guest ….. Met Mr Vikas from Restaurant breakfast team …. He is very friendly and service oriented ….. But one thing is little unpleasant is In Room service is only available till 10:30 pm and Some times even basic. Amenities of housekeeping is not available on time and too much follow up needed…

I had to stay in Regenta for few days as i had official work. The staff was highly unco-operative. Upon my arrival, the first thing they did was make fun of my name thinking i didn't understand Hindi. And on confronting them, they did not apologize. The only good thing I will mention is that rooms are spacious and maintained well. The lift was not working properly for the most of it. I had specifically asked regarding the swimming pool before booking but it was closed and not maintained properly. I would purposely keep the DND on, and yet staff would call. Housekeeping would be done even though the card for it wouldn't be kept and I lost vouchers after i got back. Didn't bother to complain because i had a really bad relationship with the staff. And housekeeping - they gave new bathing towels but the other towels werent changed. They wouldn't give new shower caps but the box was still kept. Just shoddy work. Overall, i was extremely disappointed with my stay.

I stay at This place for my official visits and it is always a pleasant experience staying here. The rooms are neat and clean as always and the service is good too. There food quality is very good and the breakfast menu has a vast variety which is served in the buffets and guests special requests are also catered by staff present. Not the best of experiences for me. The rooms were smelling very stale. The towels were sadly very threadbare. The amenities in the bathroom were inadequate for a couple. The carpets in the hallways were very old and run down. The level of cleanliness was very poor. The staff were friendly enough. The hotel needs a total revamp to call itself a 4 star property as advertised. Currently it is not even 2 star. Hope the management reads it and improves the standards.

The stay was okay, though the rooms are extremely unhygienic, the restaurant is good. The food taste is great. Buffet options however are limited. Service is excellent, staff is very courteous ,polite and prompt. Staff- komalpreet assisted me, she was helping me throughout my stay.

Nice stay, room was good and spacious. We booked for 3 adults. Service is also good and quick. Food is delicious, we ordered from in room dining and had breakfast. Breakfast had good variety and cakes in deserts tasted nice. Service during breakfast by Miss Manpreet and Miss Vandana was quick, and with good hospitality.

Nice hotels, near to bus stand but for a budget stay, i would recommend other hotels nearby to it

too much worst service of front office department...they even know the word of guest satisfaction and mostly guest have to wait for 2 or 3 hours in lobby area without a.c facility to get his/her room.. in my full life I don't cope with that kind of cheap service..

This is one of the most dangerous experience of my life because there is nothing in this hotel anymore, I have stayed here on the night of 21 October 2021 and the key sensor in my room was not working so when I went out the reception took someone along for opening the door, The bathroom drain was not working so after I took a bath it turned into a swimming pool. When I picked up the towel after taking a bath, it was the hand towel, the bath towel was not there. So request you to stay here at your own risk.

I asked her to customize my meal and she made sure to get it done on point. Even she made sure to ask for the feedback on the taste and that’s what made me write this appreciation. Every precaution to maintain the hygiene was taken. Team was very polite. Food was delicious. Stayed in this hotel during one of my many visits to Ludhiana. This is a very good hotel with well equipped gym and swimming pool. Food quality was nice and room was properly maintained. Might stay here again when I visit Ludhiana next time.

Ambuence was nice and when we went at past midnight, we were given a warm welcome and we checkedin without any hassles. Breakfast was awesome and the best part of it was the kadak chai given in traditional glass with wood holders. Excellent service!!!

Best part was food. Breakfast and room service. Need to improve on room cleaning. Rooms and bed and bath linen are very old. Had to call and wait 1.5 hours for hot water. Called twice and waited 30-35 mins for drinking water. Not worth the amount which is charged by the hotel. Can find better options in same price.
