Horrible experience. Rude staff. AC and geyser control is at reception, every time you need to request staff to turn appliances on. Rooms are pathetic and smelly. There are leakage of water on the walls, feels like room is full of germs. They even not given water to drink as complimentary. I am surprised this hotel has 4.4 rating on google by seeing this we also fell prey. Its fake rating. Hotel is not good at all. Not recommend.

At the front desk guy who used to work in the night shift his attitude was very bad. His behavior was very bad. His tone of speaking was not good at all. His way of speaking was such that it seems that we have gone to live there for free. The room was disgusting it was roached infested whoever is supposed to clean there doesn’t care they step on the roaches and leaves them there it was very dirty. The room was no better. The sheet had many stains, that too of oil and food. The person who was in that room before us came out after leaving the room very dirty and the bed was also in a very dirty condition. Room bed was also very bad condition. Was making a lot of noise. It seemed that there bed might collapse at any moment. There was no room service after I checking. Cell phone charging which was next to the bed was also not working properly. The charger was falling out on its own. Literally, a gaping hole above the roof on the bathroom. There was a strange smell in the bathroom too. According to the hotel restrictions rule, no such work was being done there. Unmarried couples were staying in the room opposite to mine. The unmarried couple who were staying in the room opposite ours had brought their pet dog along, no animals are allowed there. Still nothing happens there according to the rules. I was so displeased with my stay. I cannot believe I paid what I did for such a nasty, unsatisfying stay!!! Save your money and go else where!!!

Nice property to stay on Ladowali Road Jalandhar.. This is good budget property which will give you an immense satisfaction of your money. They don't have the in-house kitchen but you can order food from online delivered directly to your Room. Overall location and everything is good about this hotel. Thanks

Worst hotel. Zero services available. Rooms are in bad condition with bad room service and dirty mattress and blankets. Attendants don't even reply on your call and infact not provide you anything if you'll demand.

The Hotel Chancellor is good place for stay. The hotel do not have any dinning/food service. They only provide you tea/coffee. The rooms are good, the toilet/bathrooms are maintained and hygiene. But you will order food online that will come to your room.

Worst hotel....staff is very rude....no basic amenities in hotel...bedsheets are torn...they will only provide you soap thats it.... don't take breakfast including in booking as they only give u one option....its a pathetic hotel.... highly disappointed with hotel and goibibo.

No room service after 9:30 PM, you have to go to reception if you need even water, No restaurant or pantry service, I was told to get the food from zomato , It felt like you are staying in hostel or dharamshalla where you have to follow certain time table, otherwise room is good and well maintained, you get ample parking space and for this only I gave 2 stars.

Worst Hotel we stayed officially twice .... They don't have power back up... light didn't came whole night pathetic .... Moreover, if you are staying 3 pax in one room they will Provide one towel only. They can't provide towels due to shortage and landline never works... everytime you have to go downstairs if you required anything.... 👎🏻

The rooms are spacious, AC works well, and geyser heats up quickly. The staff are polite. The property also has plenty of parking. We were driving through Jalandhar, so we left some luggage in case she it was safe. I needed good wifi for a an important meeting, so when I called, I'd found out about their wifi connection and they assured me that it would be good. The wifi looked weak at the reception but worked really well on the 2nd Floor.

Overall a great experience. Friendly staff and good ambience. They even helped me replacing my room due to ac issue. Recommended 100%

The worst ever experience I had here. Rooms were very stinky and the guy sitting at the front desk is a pathetic guy and not cooperative. when I asked him to change the room because rooms are stinking he asked me that you have done checkin so I can't do anything. the bedsheets were also very dirty and washroom mug was broken. worst experience.
