Excellent staff and amenities On our floor, the staff was outstanding. Everything in terms of service, civility, and timeliness. Our needs were given a lot of personal attention. I also specified some sandwiches poha for breakfast, which turned out to be fantastic. Thank you so much to the chef and his colleagues for their excellent service!

Had a Wonderful Experience staying at the Hotel Taksons, near Railway Station, Ludhiana. Hospitality was outstanding. Had a Five Star Breakfast, Buffet had a lot of varieties and quality of the food was great The Hotel is very clean and Hygienic. Taksonz is a pretty looking hotel just outside Ludhiana railway station. Exteriors are great. The management and staff are polite and helpful. Room service was prompt. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in North India. Extra bed, blankets and pillows were provided without any fuss. The only problem was the room itself. It was big but not well maintained. There were cockroaches everywhere and a pungent smell. The bathroom was the worst. It was dirty and smelly. It ruined my experience. My suggestion to taksonz will be to take up renovation on a priority. If the rooms start matching up to good standards then this will be the best budget hotel in the city.

Worst experience. They gave us rooms which were not clean. Sheets and blankets were used by some one else. There was used tissue paper lying on the floor and bed. Bathroom was so dirty. And big cockroaches roaming in the room. When we asked him to clean the room he used smelly cloth to wipe the floor. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

The experience was fabulous.i felt very great bcoz the staff was quite cordial and all the services are very brilliant. The conditions as well as the size of the rooms are great and I get lot of blissful memories and ambaince over there. The ambience of the lobby and front office staff was very polite and talking sense. They charged full amount instead of Oyo app pricing..... very poor service in hotel, no tv working, cleaning issue, manager charged extra for room because oyo price was different......

Environment & service is equivalent to a roadside Oyo property. AC & TV in most of the rooms are unserviceable. PLS DON'T GET YOURSELF LOOTED PAYING HUGE TARRIF AT THIS PROPERTY CONSIDERING IT A 3 STAR PROPERTY.

Worst conditions of rooms. TV & AC including remotes are not working. Wash rooms are in bad condition. Toilet is not usable condition. Serving same type of breakfast on daily basis. Rates of food both veg & non veg is very high as compared to other in the city.

It can look very scary and suffocating. If AC is working then you can survive. Bathrooms are no better than a railway station public bathrooms. Shower area looked neglected by cleaners for months. It was just a day for us and it was prepaid so we lived through it. Breakfast was okay though so it all finished on a okay note, hence the rating. The hotel is over rated, but inside out the room are unhygienic, the wash room was smelling bad, taps not working. The mattress quality is very bad, the room service is either very late or not available. Just the morning breakfast was good.

It's just ok...The ambiance in lobby and exterior are good ...but the rooms are just just ok.. the complimeantry breakfast doesn't have a good menu...and no option of live counter. Had a bad experience i requested a glass of water which no one had care. Not good staff. In room service u can't have extra plate for dinner.

The room was booked that was with bath tub but they denied and said we can't give you that room because you booked online they can't hold it and charged for bathtub rather then simple room, room was good neat and clean, old style built and also the mattress of the bed was too ordinary not comfortable the breakfast was good they tea and lemon water interesting. Overall I like that but due old built rooms, mattress, bath tub room not provided against the booking that was little disappointed.

We were a big team of 16 people, stayed at this property for 2nights. Service ws good. Food provided was delicious. Complimentary breakfast was also good. Clean rooms but no ventilation. Only way to avoid suffocation is AC. we were using fulltime AC. Other than that everything ws good about the place. Its located exactly opposite to railway station. Highly recommended👍

Very economical, room service is very good. Very big rooms. Value for money. I recommend this hotel to stay.

One receptionist says wifi works in the room but no signal. When the shift changes the other one says wifi doesn't work in these rooms. Service is pathetic. The mug and bucket was too dirty and I asked them to change but they paid no heed to the request. Rooms have a dampening problem. Except for the breakfast everything else was worse. Rooms seriously need a revamp.

Service was very poor. The room was not properly equipted, the telephone to contact to staff was not working, the servers were rude, there was no soap or body wash in washroom and there was not hot water for shower.

Very poor.. Rooms not clean.. Mosquitoes inside...with dengue spreading everywhere...cleanliness should be priority but this doesn't happen here.. Sanitization and social distancing is not at all practiced.. Only advantage is that it's very close to railway station.. you can easily walk there in 3-5 minutes.

The bed in the room was really comfortable. It gives you modernistic feel. Price was quite reasonable according to the service we received. They were kind and super helpful. It was pet friendly too. Environment was really cool.

I am just giving 2 star because staff behaviour is good otherwise everything is worst. Rooms are so filthy, smelly, not at all cleaned, bathroom are so dirty, seems like they never do dusting or cleaning when the guest checkout, they just make beds and give the rooms to the other guest. Restaurant is so so dirty that even there are small small insects roaming around and very dirty dust is everywhere. Don't even feel like having food there and breakfast is awful. So I will not recommend this hotel for those who are not comfortable with all this things. #honest_review
