Hotel only for profit making. Poor house keeping services. Not even you get a spoon and bowl in room on request for baby food even if you have babies along. Direct refusal for all humble requests. You will pay lavish and regret booking this hotel for getting no favour in return. Even on request for water you have to wait for 20-30 minutes. Would recommend anyone coming up with family

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. They charge INR 1300 if you have a guest coming over to visit you for 30 mins. What a cheap way to make money off their guests, they won’t just charge extra, they will not return your car keys until those extra changers have been paid off.

If you guys want a safe trip.. Don't ever chose this place.. My friend's family had a misfortune of staying there. There people threatened her family to give more money then what was already paid online. They threaten her father that if the money demanded is not given they will "beat him to pulp, and he will not be abel to do anything coz he is with two females." Misbehaved with my friend and her parents. Such a goons they are. Don't ever chose this place.. Its for your own safety. There are planty other hotels.

Good clean property. Has a 4 star look. Food is very expensive while the rooms come at a very good price. I didn't find food tasty at all which was a huge disappointment.

If I could give a negative rating to this hotel, I would give it a negative rating because it is a completely rubbish hotel, so much nonsense that I had to call the police in the night because of them, because they did not maintain their hotel at all, so much maintenance Not done, if you use their toilet, then do it at your own risk, should their commode break just by sitting and demand money from you, The room is also very dirty and smelly, I suggest you never stay here

This Hotel is really an awesome one. I've spent a night here. Most attractiving part of this Hotel is its localisation. Its located right near the Railway Station. So if you are thinking to land in Jalandhar then don't forget about this Hotel. The staff here is really good. The owner of this Hotel is really very decent and polite. Food is also good. Hot water is available too. Overall its a good Hotel.

Visited President for lunch. It was overly priced buffet (700 plus taxes) considering taste & variety available. Half lights/ACs were switched off & we weren't even allowed to sit at our preferred table due to it. Ambience is dull, staff lacks energy & enthusiasm - none of them looked happy.

Food needs drastic improvement. Just selling booklets won't work for long run success. Learn from Maya buffet quality. The servers too avoid eye contact with any customers seeking help to get stuff.

Friendly staff. Rooms are good but this hotel needs serious renovation. It has lost its charm over the years. I cannot complain as for this price still good value for the money. If you looking for good value for your bucks and not a fussy traveler must give this hotel a chance.

I have been to this place once before,, strange thing was there acceptance policy. During my previous they let me in with the local id and now they weren't accepting the local I'd. Once I explained it they let me in.

The welcoming staff was very unpleasant at first. The service is bad, you have to ask them multiple times before they do what you asked them for. Staff isn’t always present at the front desk and as i said, not reactive, not smiling and not punctual. The rooms were not always clean. Do NOT recommend.

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL" I had stayed for 3 days in deluxe room in this 4 star hotel. Initial impressions while booking was quite good. Location is quite near to Bus stand and Railway station. Impression of "Quite Good" changed to "Quite Worse" as soon as I checked in. As soon I got into the room, It definitely gave the vibes of a local 1 or 2 star hotel. Wifi as slow as you could imagine. Wardrobes with dust settled for ages. Unclean bathroom. Broken tiles in bathroom. Problem-1: Shower knob not working properly and to top it all, there was no hot/warm water for shower in this so called 4 star hotel. I complained to reception staff regarding the hot water issue. They told they will look after it just for sake of replying. But nobody bothered enough to actually solve the issue. I complained the second day, they asked me in return whether I have informed earlier or not. Again no solution. Atleast the staff didn't apologize for the inconvenience. They were just relaxed enough not to care regarding any feedback or complaints. Problem-2: If a meal plan is included in the booking, during check-in, the hotel has a policy of issuing food vouchers which we have to collect and provide at the dinner venue. For me, the staff forgot to issue the coupons and there was no information regarding the same. I came to know regarding this only when I started having dinner. Almost 3-4 staff abrupted my dinner 3-4 times asking for coupons to which I didn't have any idea. Later when I checked with reception they just vaguely said yes sir, you have to carry coupons while having dinner like it was my mistake. For the second day, I did not want the same thing to repeat so I went and asked for the coupons. They only issued for coupon for that particular day and informed me that I have to come to reception and collect it on a daily basis. This shows that the staff were very rude and careless. They definitely behaved like I was staying there for free. Problem-3: Although food quality was okay-ish. The hygiene portion was out of the field. I had to change many cutlery after picking up like bowls and plates because they were not washed properly. A heads-up during breakfast, the staff won't provide you drinking water unless you ask them 3-4 times. Over-all a worst experience and definitely definitely not worth even half the price of the room. I dont know what was the criteria for calling this as a 4-star hotel. Definitely did not feel like it.

The property was good! But rooms had cigarette smell. They must fine guests if they smoke in no-smoker rooms. The property is old.I got a refill of my coffee, milk and sugar in plenty.

Bathrooms should be maintained and cleaned properly, also there should be some proper ventilation (major concern!!).Otherwise the internal decoration was good.

Situated on Railway station to Nehru Garden road, near Ajit Newspaper office or Madan Floor Mill chowk . Nice hotel walking distance from railway station.

Last to last time it was a great experience in restaurant. Starters and main course were good , but last time sorry state of affairs. Though starters were tasty but in main course stale mushrooms were served. Should not happen at a reputed hotel .

Let's start with ambience right from the reception to the room door, It was beautiful. The room was well placed and planned ofc. Most importantly everything was working from kettle to mini bar. Wifi is fine for work and other requirements. I didn't find anything to complain or deduct a star from review for this hotel in catagory. Rest assured i have another visit in jalandar coming and I'm definitely going to stay here again.

30 April 2022: BE AWARE!! RECOMMENDED NOT TO GO to such a low level of hotel, they are REUSING/REFILLING USED KINLEY plastic bottles and placing them in rooms as complementary. There were 4 Kinley water bottles in the room, 2 small and 2 bottles of 1ltr. Room attendant told us that the water is complementary. The Horrible part is - 1lts water bottle of Kinley is not sealed. We approached the room service, they said "That is the RO water we fill and THIS IS HOW WE PROVIDE WATER". We were shocked and called reception, guy from the reception said the same thing - "That we reuse KINLEY water bottles, and we fill them with RO water." And they don't even agree that what they are doing is wrong. If you will not notice or your kid will open the bottle, you may drink the water from a used bottle. The price is high compared to the service and attitude of the staff. We went to the hotel for a night stay only. We booked the room online after checking all the needed facilities. In the facility they mentioned parking available, however they have an open land around 300m away from the hotel with no guards/security. You can park your vehicle at your own risk. Free welcome drink : No free drink was provided. Upon asking, room attendant said, "you may see jacuzzi also mentioned online, do you see it somewhere here?" Room : Room not properly maintained. Seepage all over. Noise coming into room from other rooms. you will not find any good place to eat nearby and end up with ordering food from the hotel. Pathetic food, found hair in onion slices.

It was value to money stay. Room were clean and good to stay. Though they can improve on their food quality and to provide basic amenities like dental kit and shower gel.

If you want to enjoy light music on a Saturday eve then this is the place. Price for the beverage are reasonable however, snacks are bit over priced. Overall ambiance and services are good. You should give it a try for the dining experience.

Beautiful property. Valet parking available. Reception staff could have been more welcoming. Bell Boy was very courteous. Decent size room. Small washroom. TV was really bad. The audio was so shrill that I could only watch the movie by keeping the audio on mute. In morning the hot water wasn't available in the bathroom. In bathroom I got to see the dirtiest bath towel ever provided in the hotel. Truly horrible. Breakfast was served at Restaurant on the first floor. it was a frugal setting. with hardly 5 to 6 dishes. They had not switched on the AC in the restaurant to save on electricity bill. On request the AC was switched on. There were flies in the restaurant (check the pics). Really disappointed with my visit to this hotel which used to be so good in good old days.

Restaurant is excellent. Hospitality at the restaurant is too good. A doormat was missing at the bathroom door. Room service is also good. Kettle given was not working.

One of the worst hotel of Jalandhar

Today on 11/10/2022, Very bad nd rude behaviour by the CEO of the president hotel with us. We a couple, acquired a room no. 308 on dated 10/10/2022 and next day when we move out from the room and come to reception for finalization, then after checking the room in our absence, They accused us of breaking the table glass. We were falsely accused of breaking the glass and the CEO of the hotel himself said that if we do not pay, we will not let us check out. We had to pay the money even without doing any damage. We strongly regret this kind of hotel CEO behaviour and We would also advise others not to choose this hotel for stay.

The hotel is clean with good size rooms, large bed and good showers. It also has decent WiFi although it did cut out for 2.5 hours while I was working one day. Speaking to the reception staff about this they either did not care or did not want to explain it to me as I was just fobbed off. The reception staff were ok but the restaurant staff and porters were good. They forgot to clean the room one day despite being asked twice otherwise the rooms were kept clean and stocked up. The hotel was nice and quiet.
