Surprised to see the development that has happened in Phagwara, last I visited this city in 2013 and now in 2022 it has got a complete makeover. Specifically talking about this hotel, it is well located, right on the main road, easy to locate, rooms are good, staff is courteous and food is also good 👍

Location is good and staff are fine. But the rooms are small and cramped and the whole place is dusty and in need of care. The beds were also not very clean and needed to ask them to change the sheets. It is good enough for a short stay but there are better alternatives available in the area. Would not stay again

In jan 2022, i walked into poonam imperial for a room and they said we have only executive room left 2800/- without food (normal room 2200) . I thought executive room must have some state of art fasilities. But When i entered into room, there were no tv working, light system went faulty again n again, no towel, blanket was of very poor quality, no heater in room, receptionist ignored my complaints, it was real mess. I suggest do not book a room in this hotel. Its my advice.

Actually i stayed there for 2 days . The hotel was great. Nice staff and very clean place . Family can take room there fully guaranteed.

Visited this place on 08.10.2022 terrace. Had a very bad experience... Food service was slower than tortoise... Chicken soup was served without chicken... Tandoori chicken was served chilled. It took more than 45 minutes to serve our dinner... Even staff behaviour was not co-operative...

Good place to organize parties. I attended an engagement ceremony there and it was over crowded. The banquet hall is suitable for gathering upto 100 people only. Food was good. DJ sound was too loud. Very less parking space available so try car pooling.

Stayed with family. 3rd class room. Dirty and torn Bed sheets. Mattresses stinking. Charged 2500 but not worth.. Big No

Good hotel with clean rooms, good staff service. Breakfast is very good with lots of options in the buffet. Near the phagwara railway station.

The staff are friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Highly recommended!

Didn’t like the hotel. The staff is very rude and unprofessional , asked them to clean the room they said they don’t have time , asked them to carry luggage to the room they said we don’t have anyone available at the same time a guy came and asked should i carry the luggage upstairs the reception lady answered her “ dekhte hai “ worse “ hotel ever

We recently came here for beers with family members. They serve Kingfisher on tap. It's well served in chilled glasses. All staff are professional and polite, and facilities are clean and well maintained. Also a great location in centre of Phagwara.

Attended a couple of parties and mostly waiting staff will not respond to your ask... and parking isnt possible.. whats the use of valet parking when they park your car in a NO PARKING ZONE.. n who is liable if someone collides with your car or the police imposes a huge fine for wrong parking ??

Very nyc property at Phagwara. Big rooms with clean surroundings. Breakfast quality was too nyc. location wise perfect close to highway.

Food excellent but high price. Rooms just ok. Valet parking

Stayed here for 4 nights. First room had smoking stains in the carpet. The next room wasn’t that much better. On the last night they had loud music going until 2am. No matter how many times you call the front desk, they do not do anything to fix the music situation. Stay somewhere else.

Food quality poor. Chicken curry chicken was too chewy! We had to get chef to cook 2 vegi pizzas twice but they still came out uncooked. Chef was clearly a cow boy. Pizzas are frozen n the idiots couldn't even cook them right! Multiple staff standing around yet had to wait 15 mins for my first drink! I took my cousins there and felt so embarrassed! Staff need customer service training and they need a real chef!

This is a nice place, centrally located and good ambience. Particularly the restaurant is quite colouful and good place to sit and dine. Everything is quite clean and maintained. Although it seemed to be short on staff because that can be ignored, keeping in view the prompt service. Room are clean with lockers, and bathrooms also okay. Food preparation wise also seemed to be only. Overall okay and nice.

I asked 3 times for the towels. The person at housekeeping didn't bother to answer. Torn towels, bedsheets in the room. I requested for twin beds, I got but no one came to replenish water, bathroom amenities etc. Good Property but Management is poor

A nice and peaceful to enjoy some quality time with friends. As it's on the main road its easily approachable. The staff is polite, food is great.
