    Very worst experience of this Hotel ………..owner is very Rude n don’t having sense of how to talk with customers I suggest everyone to not go there ……..very Very bad experience 😏

    I stayed at the Hotel Shine Star in shamrala for a week in November. The hotel is located in a great central location, close to all the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options. Overall, I had a great stay at the Hotel Shine Star 🌟 🤩 and would definitely recommend it to others 👌 😊

    Room are not upto the mark. Very dull and dark rooms. Bathrooms are not good. Lock dsnt work of washroom. They don't have trained staff.

    Its really bad decision too chose this hotel receptionist Calling 11.45 and telling me for park a vehicle in another side really total disturb by hotel staff really verry bad experience .
