I stayed there for one day. I had an exam 9n the next. When I told this to the FOM, he was very helpful and kind to give me a corner room which was so silent and there was no movement of guest or lift near it which made my stay there an absolute peaceful one. Room service was prompt. Highly recommended this place which actually considers us as 'guest'.

Staff is vood good. Food is delicious 🥰 But, the bed in room makes too much noise. Its very irritating. Even getting up from bed creates lot of noise. Hot water availability is awesome.

Rooms are very good but could be a little more maintained, the staff there is very nice and helpful, the location is very good.

The first thing I saw in the picture was the room the didn't gv that room at all..The room was not well furnished.. Service was not also gud.. I had Wrost experience in this hotel. I do not recommend anyone for this hotel...

Staff is good, space is good, location is great too, but to an extent the quality of food is not appropriate The grand hall is spacious and big and vallet parking is also good I overall like it but not the food at all, still they have nice staff, we went for event food tasting, really liked the behaviour of the team but again food is not upto mark although the offered price is 👍🏻okay

Don’t waste your money I wouldn’t advice anyone to book this hotel. Staying at the majestic grand hotel in Jalandhar was my worst experience In reality room was dirty, smelly, very old, too Much poor hygiene standard Bad quality of linen it’s not washed I had itching in my body and sagged mattress. Bed has too noisy.

Hotal is in outskirts of jalandhar on GT road but easily accessible across the city Property is big & spacious quite bigger lobby & lounge rooms are pretty big suite in @3000 with Breakfast Food was good Breakfast served on alla karte Buffet was not served due to insufficient occupancy Although hotel is good but not maintained Need more cleanness & ambiance Since hotel closed during covid So things getting better Service is good Change bedsheets on complaints Outside hotal greenarea is not maintained need to maintain Although 1 day is satisfactory

Guests staying in opposite rooms deliberately made lots of noise and the hotel authorities didn’t do anything about it even after multiple requests from my side. Definitely not suited for a nice peaceful stay. Those who have exam Center nearby, book at your own risk as the hotel staff would do nothing about such situations.

Rooms are good. Hotel atmosphere is nice. Need some maintenance in electric 5 pin sockets. Too much irritating in the time of charging. Wi-Fi facility is not satisfactory. But transportation to LPU in the evening time is costly. The Auto drivers demanded ₹ 200/- only for 7.2km in comparison to morning time it required ₹20/- per person in Auto.

Best services and humble staff. Had a pretty comfortable stay here. Would like to recommend this hotel to all the solo travellers as well as women too 👍💯

Pathetic! Took an executive room to stay but found- Non working flush and dirty bathroom, hairs on pillows (yukk), no exhaust fans in bathroom, non responding managers and staff. Took a hefty charge but found i was looted.

even though they don't deserve one star. Booked full hotel for one night and they weren't ready for hot water in washroom. eventhough pathetic room service , ordered water glass and they weren't able to deliver it. when we were making the tea with the sachets, the sachets were of very poor quality. we asked for complaint book, we were not provided the same.

Hotel Grand Majestic, a cozy place to stay, near by Haveli restaurant 2-3 kms far, visiting the hotel from 2017. and had good experience every time. how ever The Bar now serving draught beer only. may be the restrictions of covid effected them too. but they are following all safety protocols as per government. rooms are hygenic and suspicious. from 4th floor the view of village opposite is cool. At main highway. Perfect for couple stays too. management is co-operative. wish them Best of luck for future.

It was a nice 3 days stay at Majestic Grand Hotel. Its Restaurant is nice and food is better than much hyped "Haveli".

Just off the NH, neat clean and hygienic.. Efficient, courteous staff.. Mr Chirag great work n heartwarming hospitality. Will return with friends.

My phone xiomi redmi note 5 was stolen from dash board of our vehicle xuv500 no. HP22B 2525,yesterday, by Parking arranging people of Hotel Majestic grand, GT road Jalandhar, while attending Rotary PETS-SETS training. I tried to contact Hotel authorities on phone, but there was no response. I even dropped message about it on there online message system but got no response. As a Rotarian, this was my First visit to Punjab and IStrongly believe that something should be done about it, otherwise they will keep looting people visiting the hotel. -BP Sharma

I attended my friend's marriage here, the environment was calm. The place was neat and clean.

Very bad service no bathroom slippers for online booking customers and receptionist told me that not available. Wt a joke. For the owners- pls check I have around the year travel never gona happen this one pls check. Very baddddddddddddddddddddd
