Quite
an
unprofessional
hotel,
is
the
least
I
could
say.
It
claims
of
being
a
centrally
air
conditioned
hotel,
yet
there
is
no
provision
for
central
heating,
and
has
to
provide
heaters/
blowers
during
the
winter.
(You
are
provided
if
you
ask
for
them).
The
Manager
is
unprofessional
and
was
at
ill
at
ease
with
the
owner
hovering
around
in
the
lobby.
The
staff
is
mostly
untrained,
the
guests
are
left
to
fend
to
themselves,
in
terms
of
non-working
cable
TV,
semi
replenished
consumables
etc
etc.
The
only
grace
was
the
trained
guy
serving
us
breakfast
(he
works
part
time
at
the
Gymkhana,
and
is
polite,
honest
and
hardworking),
and
the
other
was
the
night
shift
front
office
staff
(one
Abhay),
and
the
food
in
terms
of
serving
size,
so
typical
of
Punjab.
The
management
needs
to
pull
up
their
socks
in
terms
of
training,
and
motivation
of
the
staff.
A
typically
family
run
unit.
