A decent place to spend a quality time with someone special alongwith with professional parties. They have a good variety of tasty food menu. My spacious experience is limited as I've visited there only once but have ordered the food multiple times. The staff is experienced and friendly.

Rattan residency is a real good hotel. The service is of A-one quality. The staff is so cooperative and polite ...my room had all the amenities. Mini fridge, TV with HD channels, bottled water available all the time, bathroom is really classy...it was tidy. Without any odour. The locker was spacious. Room itself had a lot of space... The food was tasty both veg n non veg... freshness of the food was visible...the interior of dining hall is modern... everything was arranged nicely...i gave it 4 star for the WiFi. The WiFi didn't work in my room i had to go down to the reception if i wanted to use it. Though not a big deal, Still an issue. Else everything gets 5 star.

A good place for vegetarians nd non vegetarians for all meals. It has also a separate beer bar. A good hotel for family nd groups. Management of the hotel is much better than others. But rates are higher as compared to the quantity. But no any adjustment or deal with quality

I was very disappointed with the service I received. The room service is very worst. The chemicals used in swimming pool is not good for body it rashes whole body after bath nd no life jacket provided also no security is there for kids.

I have been to many restaurants around the world including those with Michelin stars and this one stood out for two reasons:excellent food(better than some from expensive restaurants) and fantastic value for your money--I would pay more for some of the dishes I had as would my friend. -Thank you to Rattan Residency team. Delicious food, quite good in quality and quantity. One of a best place for parties like bday, farewell and so forth at Kapurthala. Occasionally went there with my family for dinner. Cons: Fake things.. You will have to suffer from few troubles if you are going to organise your functions with drinks here... Elsewise its a good place for drinkless functions... :)
