We planned to have get together of families in this hotel 🏨. The location of property is just near to the entrance of Jalandhar City . We prebooked our table through a call which was a hassle free process. The ambience of the hotel was awesome and refreshing. The staff here is very humble and listen to your needs carefully. The table provided was a bit separate and have privacy which was our utmost requirement. The food and snacks served were very delicious and tasty. There was ample parking space available. Digital payments accepted by the hotel. The property is wheelchair accessible. They do offer the discount on food billing depending upon the group size. The only thing they need to work upon is the entrance of hotel which was choked with rainy water. Overall it was a very good experience to have dinner 🥗🥣 party over here. Thanks 👍

Service in the restaurant on lunch was very poor. Breakfast experience was also bad, half items of menu was not available, they only answer sorry finished, nobody enjoyed breakfast , money wasted.

Just waana say very poor service, and the manager doesn’t even care about they guest so I suggest people to visit Poonam hotel much better than this

Personally I did not like it, as the service was not good also. The rooms could be better but it works. There was no hot water available. Even after informing the hotel, no action was taken. Was asked to pay the in the middle of my stay. The food is also expensive. Also the lound music because of the marriages. Didnot feel like a welcoming vibe. Full points for location as it just at the entrance of the city

Rooms are fine... But the service in every aspect was damn incomplete... It clearly looks staff is not trained properly... Especially Mr deepak from front desk is as rude as it can get... He talks and laughs and is having fun with his colleagues in front of guest.. That's very rude and when the guest was a little loud while talking he immediately very rudely ask guest to talk softly... Very unprofessional and needs a professional training... He's not meant to be on front desk... Housekeeping every time after cleaning room would leave incomplete things.. e. g. Less towel, no refill of tea coffee... Everytym we had to call again and again to complete the requirement in room... Overall this hot is out of our preference

Only rooms were fine other than that the service was disaster during breakfast buffet. We had a voucher of 40% discount for 4 nights on FnB,which was only implemented for 2 days. Without informing us they changed it to 30%. Front desk incharge Deepak needs to learn some hospitality manner. Inder at front desk was good. Thanks to GM who later intervened and sorted out. All in all most of the staff needs training again. This hotel is not my preference anymore.

Rooms are good. Location is also great but only negative side is they don't allow visitors. Which create issues for business travellers. For couple and solo it is best bt not suitable for business trips.

Staffs and hospitality were very okay. Room was quite a bit old but clean. Cleanliness is more important that the age of the hotel, in my opinion. I am impressed with the restaurant that both dinner and breakfast were exceptional well prepared and delicious. Located in the good area and easy to get parking.

The room in which I was on 5th floor was not so well maintained, there was seepage near the windows. The room service boys were miser in replenishing the tea bags, milk sachets, sugar sachets and coffee sachets. Room Service was good. Food was very Good. Check in and check out were smooth. Rooms were reasonably priced at 2000 ₹ per night along with a good breakfast for two people. Overall good value for money.

Overall good experience, WiFi needs to be upgraded, is too old. 2.4 Ghz only and that too with -89dBm signal strength, which is nowhere near usable inside the room.

It is like any hotel catering to the people who are willing to spend a little more for partying in a Branded hotel. One party was just ending when the guests for second party started trooping in of course with the consent of hotel management. I will leave it to the judgement of readers to judge the propriety.

Hi, being regular guest here since from last one year and.. being myself as a hotelier in senior position ,, found this place quite nice and friendly till date . But since last stay I face some terrible issue at room regarding pest controlling , all positive things change to negative . Bunch of mice revolving at midnight @ # 503 .. We need to shift room at middle of night(although FO helps a lot) , since we're planning to stay one more night as usual and ironically when we raised the issue to senior person sitting opposite front office during BREAKFAST @ ambassador,,got very cold response.. Moreover they didn't respond to guest feedback either positive or negative on social media,,as 10 months back also we put positive feedback , got no response ...sad

This is my 3rd stay to this hotel & Hotel is very good in every aspect. Room looks nice but need many refurbishment like AC is not working properly, bathroom have problems too & room service is bit slow for now. Food is costly & breakfast buffet is very delicious. Mr. Deepak from front desk is very polite & humble. We also stayed in Prime Regalia which is also a property of same hotel, i recommend to stay there rather than this as prime regalia is newly opened & more appealing. Thanks for serving the best for us.

Worst experience Ever Not Recommended Firstly they took so much time for check in And then we found rooms are very small Room are not Sound proof All Disturbance listen properly from outside and ofcourse your privacy interupts And in the Night , the disturbance from another rooms and from the corridor seriously disturb our Sleep at 1'o clock And there is no solution from hotel . Never choose this hotel just for the sake of 200_300 ruppes cheaper than other.

One of the best hotels at the entrance of City near to highway. Known for its delicious food. Its rooftoo restaurant give memorable experience during winters.

Though ambassador's ambience is quite good but the staff's behaviour is inappropriate. I am utterly disappointed with your Zaika (buffet service) staff's ignorance. There was a fly in my bowl and even after informing your staff they didn't feel sorry for that. While checking out the person sitting on the reception talked to me in a very informal and rude way. The tone was improper. Kindly check this behaviour and improve your services.

I visited there for a party. The lobby on the fourth floor was stinky and smelled of wet clothes left for a few days in the same place. Starters were not good (spring roll, crispy veg and dahi ke kabab) but the main course was pretty amazing. All in all a 3 star
