I will not recommend anyone to book this hotel for any function. Management team of this hotel is very mean especially one of its manager Mr. Chaudhary. He did not know how to talk with persons and always speak angrily. Mr. Chaudhary is the man whom I don't want to talk or meet in my entire life.

I have known this place since last 10-12 years. Never compromised the food quality. I had given them 5 stars until my last visit to India and this restaurant and now decreased to 3 stars for the food quality Negative 2 for the bad service. I went with my family for lunch. It was the slowest service I have ever gotten at any restaurant I’ve been to. 3 hrs for lunch. Staff seemed disinterested to serve or answer any query. Disappointed

+ve: Ambience Big parking space Food taste -ve Very noisefull place. They want to give special feel to customer through live singing but as per the space instead of giving special feel this make it full of noise as the volume of music is also louder. I told many times to reduce volume vut they not ready to reduce it. Person who is singing is totally in own wave not ready to listen anything. Menu price seems to be on higher side as the service is not good. They took more than 45 minutes to deliver order. Also ordered pizza but they denied after 5 minutes thay there oven is mul function. I don't expect that such a vig hotel is just having one oven to make pizza

Very impressed by Mr. Kapil personally calling me and showing deep regret. I feel every place should get second chance to improve services to customer

Illiterate Manager (Mr. Choudhary), very unprofessional way of talking, he is like a vendor of fish market working in 3 star hotel. He don't how to talk to a customer, zero communication skills, zero hospitality. Hotel's reputation depends upon management so owner must look at this matter seriously, as owner has also not taken any action against him since many people already gave negative reviews about Mr. Choudhary from past few months. Customer is not a piece of flesh & bones, you must treat customer like a human being with some manners. Thank you, Sir, Now trying to be professional in the eyes of online public, your staff have attended us unprofessionally that's why you don't have any records about my visit at your hotel, because every hotel register the name and phone no. Of visitors who seek for booking except your manager Mr. Choudhary. Very unprofessional and now showing fake professionalism by asking for details through emails.. LOL.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 days. Bad experience about the services. Staff not have professional way to serve the guest. They required reminders for room cleaning, keep the water bottle. Staff demand advance payment the time of check In.

Recently I visited The Regent Park Hotel, GM Mr Choudhary was dealing us his way of working and guidance was awesome and we are appreciated his work, good services and food was very delicious 😋. Mr Choudhary is a very nice Gentleman.

Room locks are pretty old, but good thing they have lots of parking space also, they give free wash on the checkout date.

The hotel is pretty old but it still got it. The food is always nice. The rooms need lil bit of maintenance but overall its good.

Rooms are not properly lit up. I like rooms with excellent lighting. Rooms appear to had signs of wear & tear.

I was staying here for one night hospitality and service is good it was a direct walk in reservation Rooms are perfect clean and spacious. Breakfast is a fixed menu which you need to choose while at the time of checking in however I didn’t get fruits which I had ordered it and breakfast service was slightly slow which needs to be improved However the team doesn’t understand our request properly which is slightly irritating they didn’t provide me proper GST invoice with seal of the hotel which is not good Rest and all is good and you can stay peacefully

Organised a small birthday party at the venue and it was a total blast 👌 Thanks to Mr. Chaudhary who made the event enjoyable for us with great hospitality. Staff was curtious and food was scrumptious as well.

Very bad experience with hotel regent park and GM mr Chaudhary is very illiterate person and he don't know how to treat the customers and also his behaviour was too much rude towards the customers. We would never want to use this hotel service again.

Pathetic services and hotel..no no worst guest house..it seems the management is on theka basis..worst hotel i have come across in jalandar. Room 106..don't even think of visiting this theka guest house.
