Hotel is well maintained with proper cleaniness. Cons 1. Being one of the oldest in city, the hotel now needs renovation or complete overhaul to compete with other hotels of the city. 2. Parking space is not available.

In my opinion this is one of the good hotel in the city. The bar has good choice of stuff available. Excellent ambience .Good services by the staff.rooms are good equipped with required amenities. Recommended for stay and dining. Stayed October 2016

BAD EXPERINCE Disgusting !!!!! Staff was not helpful. When i was inquiring room prices on telephone from reception they said 1800 prices but when i reached there they charged me different. Even they charge 2% extra on card payment. last but not least they charged 790 for complimentary food (coffee snacks 2 redbulls). Guys think twice before go inside .

very very bad experienced..we booked a room today very bad service ,door was broken the bed sheet was dirty we paid 2440 with GST we want to spend whole day overthere but staff was rude and pretended like that we did a big crime when we checked out there was little blood spot but they charged us 350 rs for that that was awful they said it was damaged seriously very bad ..never recommended this hotel to anyone.if you want u can email us i will send you the picture of little spot ..
