I visited there with my family in restaurant. Had lunch there. Food and service were both good. My brother have membership so we got great discounts also. Can visit this place again.environment was also fine.

I think it is a good place to get rest. The places surprises you when you enter the lobby. Decent hotel with a well done lobby and rooms are near and clean. Staff is helpful and very welcoming. Food is good as well. The restaurant needs a face lift though and so does the breakfast buffet layout. Overall a good stay.

Nice place for honeymoon stay. The ambiance of hotel was amazing. The food quality specially morning buffet was so delicious. Nice room services, they even change the room as per your desire

Extremely disappointed with my recent stay. Unfortunately experienced a significant issue during my stay that greatly impacted my overall experience. The next morning after I had checked in I found, the entire wiper assembly including arm, pivots of my car's windshield stolen while the car was parked right in front of the hotel at a spitting distance as directed by the hotel security outside in the evening before. When reported about the incident, the manager didn't even make an appearance (it is the least he could've done, Oh he had to fall sick the very day), forget basic inquiry. When confronted with hotel staff they made pathetically unconvincing excuses. The moral disengagement from anything faulty on the part of hotel was clear and I realized I am wasting my time and energy arguing.

AB Clarkson is a lovely place to stay. I have stayed here numerous times always had a very pleasant stay. Rooms are clean tidy with good facilities. The entire team at AB Clarkson offer excellent customer service.

I had stayed in the hotel for my official trip for seven days and it's a wonderful stay. Rooms are very clean and food is very delicious. I recommend strongly to stay at the property. Staffs are very good.

We had a small gathering of around 60 members. The booking experience was great with Mr. Ashwini Patial. He helped us through the whole process. The food was great and the serving time was also quick. We recommend it to ithers as well who want great food and great service.

No professionalism - SPOIL THE MARRIAGE FUNCTION - Book hall for marriage function till 6 pm But they off the lights at 4:30 pm nd told that the place is book for another party from 5:00 pm Without prior info change the timings . Hotel staff asking for big plate for any type of snacks. Lack professionalism and is full of ego. Such person could not run a fine management .. Poor not recommended

Just one word for this property - EXCELLENT they know their job very well. I had been jalandhar many times and stayed in many hotels but this is the best u can expect from a hotel in jalandhar. Food is like beyond explanation tasty . 200/100. Great hospitality with amazing services. Parking is so well managed. A big thumbs 👍👍 for them . Must try Crispy Sesame chicken and Butter chicken . Will surely come again.

1. Breakfast was not catered properly. Waited for 15 mins for a paratha 2. Toiletries were not refiled. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. Good part: hotel is neat and tidy.

Hotel is good, rooms are also good but the service is Pathetic. Very limited option in breakfast... And the food is very costly in Hotel. If you are a solo traveller and wants to have dinner, you need to spend not less than 1500.

Visited here for my brother's engagement, food and ambience was good, service was also good but once payment was done AC of the hall was turned off, almost 40 guest were sitting in the hall. Also After telling the waiters 5 times for food still no food was served.

Stayed two times in last 10days. Great rooms, with all amenities. Cleanliness at its best. Location is amazing.

I was told to pay extra for 2 adults AFTER Our check in was confirmed. And when we asked for a bigger room for the price that request was denied. And we couldn’t cancel even if it was there mistake and asked us to call expedia. At the time of checkout I thought we paid everything (mini bar and stuff) but no that was not it, ended up receiving 15 missed calls because apparently they didn’t knew we already paid extra money last night and wanted us to pay more. They definitely need to upgrade their system and train staff. First stay in Jalandhar and never happening again in this hotel. Will definitely convey this message to my social media following as well.

General manager of this hotel does not know how to treat his staff. He literally insulted his manager in front of us for a small mistake. He surely lacks professionalism and is full of ego. Such person could not run a fine management of hospitality and hotel owner should take a strict action against his way of leadership.
