Bad hygiene, wifi didn't work, bad response from the staff!

Rooms are very spacious though need maintenance. The front desk staff was very supportive. Food rates are too high. Service was good.

Advance booking system is very useless, They book the room in advance and after going to the reception they say that the room is not available...

Booked multiple rooms for the barat. Suite room for the groom had broken bed and broken shower. 3 rooms had ac not working. Party hall in the basement is the worst. Waiters were in very bad shape and lazy. Clothes on chairs were stained and old. Constant smell of cigarette smoke was in the hall. Please save your money and find better hotel. Reception lobby is renovated nicely. They showed very nice suite room before booking but when the time comes rooms conditions were very bad.

Bad condition of rooms , bad service. Water bottle was chargeable. At time of checkin full amount of room was taken by them. Will never visit here again.

Worst customer service, the staff doesn’t even know how to talk to their customers. I stayed for 2 days, and the wifi wasn’t working as it was “under maintenance”, they charge you for the basics and it always has some fault.

Only front office staff is good otherwise all experience is bad roomservice 10/0, Air Condition 10/0, becus MD not allowed ac for staff, reception area not air condition so reception time is very boring....overall 0/0

Value for money Nice property Untrained staff but courteous

Not a very popular hotel. Average ambience but well behaved staff and good service. We along with the family friends from Norway went to have dinner there. The restaurant was empty God knows why for the food preparation turned out to be pretty good.

Full meat party with great difficulty I found anything veg ..... Less quality in veg and more quality in non veg.

Hotel over all look was good. But very poor service. V had to change rooms due to failure of ACs. But difficulty was in convincing them to show that AC is not working. Even in other room the temperature set was at 16deg and still I didnt use blanket the entire night.
