I like some brands but Store doesn't have manners like what is the problem of taking pictures inside the story mirror it's like promoting a brand is like being resist i didn't like the way they say no photos allowed like the photo will take a close . Am sorry this is how I feel.

West side solan is the worst when it comes to there coustomer i don't know why people go and shop for my 4m fans i will be informing west side solan you have so much rude peoples 옷을 사기에 나쁜 곳.

We visited the westside store on the 4th of June Saturday with a tourist friend and one of the staff (Lady) was very rude to us. We even purchased from the store and we were having a good time clicking mirror selfies but she said pictures are not allowed. That's not the way to promote the store especially when you know it's a digital world. Youngsters promote the stores through social media. It was very rude of her to shout at us without a second thought. There's nothing wrong with taking a mirror selfie. We were not damaging any products. Please look into the matter🙏 No one will like to come to such a place where there is a rude employee.

The place is beautiful But one of the staff members (lady) was extremely rude. And the stock is often outdated. We hardly get any fresh material. The staff is not very professional not is very polite. The experience with one of the lady salesperson was really bad. Didn't feel like shopping because of her.

I often visit the westside Solan centre whenever I travel from mumbai to the city . This was my 3rd visit in last three months. I find the collection very good. The staff is always polite and very helpful. But this time I was shocked to hear one of the managers( some Mr. Rizvi) screaming and threatening the entire staff publicly. Supposedly he was having a morning briefing or a meeting with all the sales people in the open. His language with the staff was extremely rude and what disturbed me the most is that he was least concerned about the presence of shoppers around. I myself felt intimidated to shop there. Request that such meetings be done in private rooms and to treat your sales people with respect and dignity . It brings a bad name to the Brand. PLEASE!

Its got vast variety of clothing available Worst thing is that even of u shop for 1000₹ they will not give u carry bag for free. They will charge u for carry bag!

They have the clothing, footwear and underwear sections for both male and females and other accessories as well. But they don't have the stock for homespace decor.

- if I talk about the location is very good because it's just nearby the mall.... - the staff is quite helpful but sometimes they annoy you a little.... - if you are a kurti lover then this place is just a heaven for you because it's been like more then 2 years I am wearing Indian wear from westside and the quality is just amazing... - they do have some outstanding brands in ethnic wear .... - their footwear collection is not very big but they do have a good quality of footwear..... - you can find here kids wear, men's wear and women wear as well..... - westide is also do have a good quality of jewellery as well... This year they added some cool makeup products as well... - they have the best lingerie collection among the brands....

I have visited Westside store in Solan to collect my beauty gift but unfortunately I have deleted the message. So I had word with the unit manager for the same and he helped me to availed the gift. Very polite and helpful

Great Mall but it is only for woman they also have men's clothing but that's very small quantity.

They said that i should take membership of ₹299 and i will get ₹400 cupon but didn't tell that i have to spend ₹ 4000 to get that ₹400 off. And they also says that 20 % discount will be given on Birthday month but didn't tell that i have to spend ₹5000 to get that off. !! FRAUD !! CHEAP MARKETING
