This hospital is money making machine. Dr damanbir chahal is so rude.I don’t recommend this hospital to anyone

hlo gud mrg to all i have recently admitted my father in this hospital and i am really very happy to see the working quality of this hospital .All hosekeeping staff and the reception staff is very good .but one thing i want to tell plss provide contact no.of doctors to their patients because if patient is from far then iftheyhaveany problem they can contact their doctor. our doctor is dr. rahul he is very polite and hlepful doctor. dr. rahul sood is very great person and doctor too..

Hr department is really disappointing and irresponsible here! Need to replace HR with someone more responsible! As U have asked What happened was, came to the hospital, gave my resume as a doctor, HR themselve gave their contact number, they said vacancy was there! After that HR didnt pick any calls, or didnt even call back, not even a single reply to any texts! It felt really disheartning for a doctor like myself who had come from afar, who wanted to work in your hospital, that they dont even have the courage to atleast inform abt the status

No online or video consultation available, doctor Rahul Sood even refused to connect on call. Receptionist is very rude. For patients coming from different places, online consultation option should be available

Worst experience…ICU doctors and nurses so rude with patients and with their relatives…they are unable to diagnose the problem and only money making ….guard whose shift is during night is rude …nurse are so stupid when i ask abut my father condition ,she react so weired..rub ta dekhda…ehna ne v jwab dena ek din rub agge..bus counselling kran da drama bnaya hoa icu ch doctors ne …video bnai jani nal nal and boli jan..pathetic….

Nicu ward is worst here .... Never go to lifeline nicu ward ... They don't care infants.. and they even don't allow parents to meet properly and they even dont guide u properly what's going on .... There i saw myself babies is alone in one room and no nurse or caretaker was there .. and it may cause major issues to babies ... Acc. To price maintainence is zero ... No cleanliness inside nicu ward but they pretend like they care alot .... But when u stay there for Last days u will get to know

Meri mother da PCN operate Kita c 29/5/2022 by doctor Attul kullar Jado pipe block hunda c asi hospital jande c 40km drive karke and emergency staff,speccialy short heighted nurse say don't come on Sunday asi refresh nahi Kar sakde ND say abuse word to my mother ND she is crying with pain when I complaint to duty doctor she said our staff is good We have recorded all in phone I suggest to all people please don't go in kidney hospital their staff are totally rude ND say abuse words Now I'm started treatment in. Doctors and the whole staff was very kind to me, excellent services, too good

Treatment was good. But the food at the canteen was pathetic. Instead of coffee they will give you hot water with caffeen. And instead of pattes they will give you hot maida bread with very less stuffing in it

My mother got a kidney stone removed. The service is great but the financial cost is high. Costed nearly 73000 including the cost of medicines, operation, food, travel and room rent. Having a health insurance helps.

As for the treatment and consultantation is concerned is very good. However other staff is concerned, they behave like Govt Hospital Enmployee and need proper grooming to be more patient friendly. One RMO namely Dr Gursimran's behavior is like unbecoming of a doctor and is least bothered about patient or relatives' suffering. Nursing staff leave the patient to the relatives' care and don't even visit the patient once during their duty tenure, even if the patient is in IV drip. Request concerned authorities to look into this. Regards

Staff is worse especially the short heighted nurse mostly in night shift in emergency ward she is the most rude staff i have seen, the ot staff they humiliate patient, patient is in pain they deniy to do treatment when operated by them the worst staff ever seen don't go to this hospital rude, arrogant, if doctor looks after it he should remove such staff

Pathetic experience. Unprofessional staff. Failed in time management. Unnecessarily costly. There's a token system for doctor consultation, for which I reached sharp at 8 of morning and was having token number 4 {i came from gurdarspur} we had to wait till 1 for doctor to come at 1.30 we were asked to get some lab tests done (these tests could have informed to us when we arrived)... At 3 reports came and for which doctor asked us to get lab tests done again for cross check... Which took at 6 of evening. And after medication and injection we we're released at 8pm simce we're the early one.. Staff ih unprofessional.. nurse in emergency ward discharged patient without due care after injecting him... Which lead him to sudden blo9d loss from area of injection... Traumatic experience

great doctors very good nursing staff

Me and my dad we both are veterinarians and we went for my dad's check up on 11.10.2023 at around 2PM and we booked our appointment with the senior Dr. Chahal at the reception. The guy took the money and told us to get my dad's vitals checked at the next table where a very rude woman was handling everybody's vitals. She was shouting like an idiot on everybody to move away from her. My dad also have severe knee pain and sometimes looses his balance. The woman said to me very rudely to move away even though i was approx 8 ft away from her but close to my dad in case he needs my support if he looses his balance. we had a little argument and then the guy who was at the reception may be was her BF or who ever that idiot was did not send the patient card to the doctor inside. We kept waiting for a very long time and then we were told that the doctor is gone you can meet the other Dr. Atul who is available. That doctor took another scan without our permission even though he was provided with the latest scan of my father of his kidney stone from Maan Scanning Centre. They are there only to make money from innocent people and nothing else. Another story was told to me the same day by my CA when i returned back to my office after the check-up. We are never going back to Kidney Hospital even if they are the last hospital on the planet.

This is the worst hospital..pls dont get urself admitted in it..they try their best to put the patient on ventilator...thy ask u to get the bag full of medicines worth thousands of rupees..out of which thy give few to patient..and rest thy keep with themselves which thy transfer overnight..one patient who was admittd in icu for about a month told me this...thy treat the patient very badly..but when the time comes for the relatives to meet..thy start acting professionsly...thy know very vwell tht patient will not survive still thy keep him on ventilator to keep the meter going..pls save urself from getting cheated...patint condiion only detriorates once he is admitted in icu.i was admitted my mother 10oct2023 for infection related problem but they not cure infection and get my mother in ventilator .she has death 15th oct🚥😓

I visited with my mother for kidney consultation. I didn't like their system, waiting area is very congested, receptionist boy's behavior is very rude, felt like visiting to a government hospital. Only the medical officer inside Dr. Rahul Sood's opd was good(Dr. Priyanka), she was too humble and polite, her behavior was too warm towards patients. I personally asked her name and thanked later. She and Dr sood explained everything very nicely,I genuinely gave 3 star just because of her, otherwise not a patient friendly hospital.

A place where u feel confident or comfortable or a better hope for ur health 😊 staff and doctors are too polite with everyone. And the way of treatment is totally good 👍.

We had an excellent experience at kidney hospital Jalandhar. we came here in emergency. All medical facilities, services provided were very good, staff was also supportive and caring. Doctors were also good. overall experience was excellent. That so im giving 5 stars. Thank you, thank all kidney hospital 🏥. Highly recommended toooo alllll. 🙏
