Pizza joint is off the chain! Detroit style was phenomenal. Great flavor on the sauce, I love the chunky tomatoes! Dough is on point too! Can’t wait to try the thin crust next!

Best pizza in the Cedar Valley area. Amazing food, friendly owners, well priced, great experience all around. The marinara is absolutely delicious! The owner Tim is really welcoming and a great guy all around. I've been a regular here for the last 3+ years, people are surprised to know that my favourite pizza place is located in a Mall. Highly recommended.

My husband brought me here and told me it's one of cedar valleys best kept secrets. He was not lying. Didn't even eat most of the breadsticks with marinara, but one. The one I dipped in the spaghetti sauce, blew my mind! Then tasted the ground beef, chefs kiss! All while inhaling the rest. My #1 Italian spot here at home now!

Pizza was good but pricey for how much you get but is understandable being in a dead mall & post-covid inflation. Friendly staff, just feel bad for them being inside a low volume location.. they would definitely thrive if they were in downtown or college hill.

Villa Italian should get 10 stars. Hard working owner that gives 110% to his customers. Tim's salads are the best in the Cedar Valley. Made fresh all day long with fresh ingredients. The pizzas are a favorite of ours. Today we tried the pretzel bits, and they were so soft and so so good. I had a Supreme Stuff Crust pizza, and it great as always! Thanks to Tim and staff for always providing a great Italian experience.

Tim is EXCELLENT! The pizza was great and fresh. The salad someone else got looked like all the vegetables were cut that morning. Great Service and even better food! Reasonably priced as well!

I cannot rave about this place enough. I have eaten here for 15+ years and the quality and service has only gotten better. No matter what you order you will be satisfied. Never had a bad experience and keep going back week after week.

This place still makes one of my favorite pizzas over 15yrs ever! Every time I'm in town i know where I'm going at least once!
