I visited this salon today and was very pleased! The hairdresser was very attentive and took into account all my hairstyle wishes. The atmosphere in the salon is also very pleasant and cozy. I'll definitely come back here again!

Good morning, I regret to give a very bad rating. After telling the hairdresser that I only wanted to slightly cut my hair, keep the classic long hair style and showing three sample photos, my hair was cut from a few centimeters to a short "hairstyle". There were some protruding tufts of hair on the sides, the side cut was uneven, and on top the hair looked like a "nest", apart from the fact that I entered with long hair that I did not intend to cut short. The hairdresser's explanation was, among other things, that I wanted it that way, my hair was stiff and there were no longer clippers available. After the entire visit, I had to go to another hairdresser who was devastated by what I came with. Additionally, unfortunately, I cannot add a review on Booksy because my visit was marked as "the customer did not come". In the photos, I am attaching a photo of what I left the salon with, a photo of what hair I came with, a photo that I showed as an example of the hair length to which I would ask for it to be cut, and a screenshot from the Booksy application.

I really enjoy the overal service, they’re able to cut my Asian straight hair and gave me great suggestions on what colour is best to what I’m looking for. Would come again!
