There's a Black Red White store in every hick town across Poland, but this massive store tries to look fancy and expensive. It ends up being very expensive and not very exciting. I find the furniture ugly and way overpriced compared to IKEA.

As for me prices are to high but they have very friendly service

very poor customer service. bought a bed on 12th of February. it was delivered 1st week of April with wrong sides. after raising a claim and contacting BRW for many times we are in mid June and bed is still not fixed. customer service cannot help with anything. if you buy furniture and all is delivered how it should be - you are lucky. if anything should be fixed or parts are missing - you are waiting months without any chance to get reimbursed

Huge furniture shop in Warsaw. You will find all what you need. I gound too. :)

I think this is the worst company i have ever bought sth. I bought meble and they send me 2 different materials and i made reklamację and still waiting more than 3 weeks. Also workers are horrible they don't care customers and they have no idea to what to do.

A lot of nice and good furnitures, staff, furnishings, beds, sofa... and good ideas for furnish your apartment.

You would not believe it but that book truly exists! I initially thought Vincent Bernard wrote it and wondered who that guy was. I just could not concentrate on anything else in the shop, that book was everywhere and sofas quite hard, nothing extremely soft.

I really do not recommend this place! Needed to wait 25 days to receive a wardrobe, arrived damaged. First was said it would take 2 weeks to exchange the piece. After two weeks i called again (wanted to comment its very difficult to find help in English) and found out it will take more 20 days to have it. If you want to wait more than 2 month to use your furniture then this is the perfect place!

Professional and nice service. The quality of the furniture is the same as the competition. A large selection, I think everyone will find something for themselves here. In addition, it is a Polish company that still produces in Poland, which is why I will choose it. They often have nice promotions. You can also buy a lot of things from the display. I'm very happy. Large and capacious car park for which they do not charge! <3
