In the Dutch photo the site is still good, the structure is still clearly visible. You can still enjoy it. Currently, it has fallen into disrepair, it is thought that in 1996 it wanted to be restored, but was unable to restore it intact.

A historical place that teaches us about how extraordinary people were in building structures that can still be seen today. The facilities are decent, the tickets are generous but you have to fill in the guest book, guys, don't just sneak around... There are toilets... There is a shop in front..

Puing2 istana dalam tanah raja Prabu Hayam Wuruk. Jaman dulu segitu canggihnya membuat suatu istana seperti ini... Pintu masuk berbentuk sumur.

The starting place of the famous and famous Majapahit Kingdom. As the initial place of Majapahit history, this place should be provided with supporting infrastructure that provides more cultural and sacred values. The need for sellers of flowers and fragrant incense (when both pilgrimage requirements are missed or forgotten), is an inevitability in itself. This can be added value and income for residents around this historical site.

It is thought to have been a Majapahit era noble village which was quite complete, from the foundations of the houses/umpak, walls to various ornaments such as Jobong and ancient bathtubs. You could say that if you want to know how the nobles and upper middle class social strata live, you can come to the Wells Upas site. Entry is free and you will see various relics of the past and read signs that explain the ins and outs of various artifacts and the shapes of the buildings there.

The upas well is a relic of the Mojopahit kingdom. It is said that the story is that it is called an upas well because it contains poison. But many people say that the well is a bank or a tunnel leading to the south coast. But no one dares to go in to prove it. so it's still a mystery until now
