I have had a general medical check up here. The staff were pretty handy and friendly, though I came early in the morning during the week end. They have some promotions either on medical check up or skin treatments. It does worth trying and visiting as well.

This was a great experience. Both the consultation and the treatment with the doctor. I did a laser hair removal treatment elsewhere and it was very painful. Here was a positive experience. Difference is the equipment is modern and new. The service is also excellent from the doctors to the attendants and the receptionists. It's worth the price. Thank you for making it a much more positive experience.

Since moving to Surabaya I’ve been on an endless search for a trusted skin clinic like what I usually go to in Jakarta. My initial experience with a few skin clinics in Surabaya was that most of them feels more like beauty clinic where the doctors actively push for (sometimes unnecessary) treatments just based on what’s on the promo that month. I even had one clinic where the doctors send me messages on whatsapp not to ask about my skin concerns but to promote a treatment. Skin A is nothing like that. This is 100% a trusted skin clinic where the doctors feels like doctors, acts like doctors, putting your skin health first above additional beauty enhancing treatments. They only recommend treatments our skin needs, and the conversation only revolves around your skin concerns, the treatments, and skin beauty trips. No sales push whatsoever. Of course this is also backed by quality. I regularly get a chemical peel and laser with satisfying result. Price is quite average, the light laser is slightly above the price of my usual clinic in Jakarta, but the chemical peel here is cheaper, so at the end they cost the same. Would recommend it for anyone who believes that healthy skin is the way to beauty, and just wants a simple, hassle-free skin clinic routine.
