Local park where Dominicans come to chill and relax during the weekend. Good atmosphere, but don't expect swimming there.

Really nice river. Been before and was a lot of fun. This time the water were too muddy due to recent rains. But definitely a great place to visit.

Nice place but too bad that there is still a lot of trash. I wish for a more clean environment.

Great park with a playground, hiking trails and horseback riding. FYI no toilet paper in the bathrooms so bring your own

Quiet place next to where two rivers merge. Small playground and outside gym. Also you can do a 30 minute horse tour from here.

It was a nice walk by the rivers. Unfortunately the trails have a lot litter scattered about. And the river shoreline has lots of trash. The park area is well groomed, and there is a kids play area.

It was a great natural river experience. Extremely cold which was what we wanted to wars off the heat of the day. The only downsides were that there are no clear trails ant that it had rained recently when we were there and it was a little dirty but that's to be expected.

Overall good and quiet, very family oriented and clean. From there some tour operators offer horse rides of about 30 minutes. Perhaps it would be interesting to have some sort of interactive entertainment or typical food, the main building has tons of space so I bet they can organize something for visitors. La Confluencia river is a point where two important rivers merge (Jimenoa River and Yaque del Norte river), so I think more signs and information points are needed, to allow tourists to understand its importance and how emblematical it is.

There were no tours. The staff was neither helpful nor friendly. The river was ok.

Beautiful, but they need to do a better job at keeping clean. Too much trash, it was sad to see

One river is cold, the other is warm. A great experience. The parking is very close to the river.

This place is badly mistreated. The rivers are gorgeous but there is trash along the banks and in the river. Horse rides are available along the river and horse manure is not captured or collected. Other national parks in the DR are much cleaner and better maintained. Really hope this place gets some love because it could be a real gem. Shame.
