Visited for a wedding in another venue, large group of us travelled together. Service was extremely accommodating and going extra mile for all of us and our requests. One downside is that the room floor was slightly sandy when we arrived and as rooms have panels on the floor you end up with sandy feet! Rooms have A/C and mosquito mesh in the windows so there's no risk of mozzies at all. Beds are marshmallowy soft. Ideal for lake excursions and you can hire a motorboat without licence!

Great location beside the lake

Immer wenn da bin ist es einfach traumhaft. Die lage am see und wald ist unbeschreiblich schön. Die zimmer sind sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wie gut das Zimmer ist liegt in der Ausrichtung. Wenn man das Zimmer zur Seite des Parkplatzes hat wird der Raum stärker erhitzt als wenn man das Zimmer auf der Seeseite hat. Das Zimmer ist durchschnittlich Ausgestattet. Sauber und Ordentlich. Dusche vorhanden aber keine Badewanne. Wassertperatur lässt sich nach seinen Wünschen einstellen. Zwei Flaschen 0,5 Liter Wasser vorhanden. Das Hotel ist sehr gut für Familien geeignet. Inder Nähe der See. Keine fünf Minuten und schon ist man am Strand. In der Nacht ist es ruhig. Nicht unweit des Hotels kann man am Abend was zu trinken gönnen. Viel los ist es Abends nicht. Wenn man Party erleben will sollte man in die Altstadt gehen. Den hier hast du nur Ruhe. Frühstück ist Standard. Nichts besonderes was man zu Geltung bringen könnte. Hotelrezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat diesbezüglich auch eine Hilfestellung gegeben wenn es heisst finde eine KFZ Werkstatt. Wenn man mit einem Normalen Zimmer zu frieden ist und eine Familie hat ist man hier genau richtig. Rezeption ist 24 Stunden im Dienst. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel vorhanden und kostet extra. Preis ist angemessen.

Rooms are not cleaned. The towels from before stay was there. Room was booked for a lake view but room given was edge. No proper lake view. Breakfast is ok. Staff is friendly.

Good location, but loud music plays until late into the night on the weekends. The rooms really need modernization. USB ports, new bed lamps, and modern furniture would give this hotel greater appeal. The nightly rate is similar to other hotels in the area.

The rooms were quiet and peaceful. Laundry service is expensive. The food is good. Bar attenders are not so friendly!. Lake view is awesome from the room windows. Lake wake at the morning is very nice.

Decent, but the spa is extra and consists of couple of sauna's, no pool. Location is a bit far away from town center so expect to take Uber for a night out. Also a bar works till 3 am so don't expect a quiet sleep.

Very nice, clean hotel. Great facilities, decent breakfast and friendly staff. Negative aspect is the music club nearby, playing loud music till the morning.

Everything is great except wifi, internet access isn't possible when there is a lot of guests in the hotel.

Our best stay ever... this hotel is a very nice for kids get away. My 2 year old son loved this place. Beautiful property overlooking the lake, nice view from the room. Very rich breakfast options for adults and kids.

Was literally for few hours (but booked a room). Fine. Nice breakfast in the morning. Can't tell what's the value, if we take a look at the prices, as I didn't pay for it (wizzair flight cancellation).

Dear Hotel Manager, I strongly recommend to revise your hygiene policies. I was expecting more of this 3* Hotel. When we arrived the room didn't even fulfill a minimum standard of cleanliness: dust bunnies on the floor, red stain on bed sheets, toilette with brown stripes and from the dirt in the sink one could guess the hair style of the guests before. When we got another room, it was even as aweful as the first one. The waste basket wasn't emptied and all surfaces were either dusty, hairy or dirty. A renovated bathroom, lake view and good breakfast choices don't help when you feel disgusted by the room.

Decent hotel, location is near a beach and many restaurants which is good. For the price a fair hotel although the toilet seat wasn't clean at all and the bed had a stain in it. Breakfast was decent with a fair but not amazing selection of food. Great and friendly hotel staff at the reception.

Common place and good value for it's money. The price jumps dramatically on holidays, so try to book at least 90 days before the trip begins. The room was noisy. They wind was from the road side. Windows can stop the cars sound but not the train. Some real noise comes from other guests over air ventilation hole. We found some hair on the bathroom floor. The rest seemed to be cleaner. Service stuff is on the 3-star hotel level. The breakfast is amazing.

Excellent! The rooms were nice and the staff was attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this place. Especially if you have kids.

This is an average hotel with a nice location. Nothing fancy but everything required is there. No bad experience except the credit card machine was not functioning well but this was not of a great disturbance. Personnel quite nice. Good value for money. I can recommend.

Check in - smooth as. When my mask got damaged, a receptionist found an extra for me. Breakfast, due to restrictions, was delivered to the room - super friendly lady, as per the pic - that's class! The lake is kind of visible from the window, great for walks. To sum up - you can go to przystan and pay 3 times the price. If you are on budget, Omega is your safe bet. Rooms were decent - 5* for great value for money.
