My
experience
is
negative,
but
I
can
describe
the
situations
one
by
one.
I
personally
took
the
watch
to
have
a
commemorative
engraving
done
early
in
the
morning,
I
told
the
staff
that
I
was
pressed
for
time
and
that
I
would
like
it
as
soon
as
possible
-
okay,
they
promised
to
call
me
at
about
4
p.m.
The
day
passes
and
nothing
-
the
next
morning,
when
I
had
to
hand
over
the
watch
for
a
further
journey,
I
called
to
say
I
was
coming
and
asked
for
it
-
the
staff
didn't
know
anything.
Once
there,
it
turns
out
that
they
have
just
started
setting
it
up
and
that
it
will
be
ready
in
half
an
hour;
I
couldn't
wait
so
I
took
the
gift
and
thanked
him
for
wasting
my
time.
The
staff
defended
themselves
by
saying
that
these
were
not
the
arrangements,
luckily
I
had
a
piece
of
paper
with
the
date
written
on
it
and
the
agreed
time
on
the
previous
day
was
clearly
marked,
and
that's
where
the
discussions
ended.

the
