Very bad experience with shop. Mess food like melted icecream. Very bad burger and pizza shop in moga

Ordered 6 cheese pizza wrap and they gave us veggie patty wraps . When we asked them , it’s not that what we order. They refused the complaint. Cashier was so rude, instead apologising she ignored and called the baker from back. Then we asked tea in cups they gave it in kulled cups. Overall it was worst experience. Improve your service. Thank you

I am addn commisioner in MCL Ludhiana, today i visited Bolton Pizza Moga i sharing my experience with nonsense of our side who claims Bolton Pizza Owner. Owner of Bolton Pizza Moga is very nonsense person. Today date 28-01-2023 i go thier for order for almost 50 person party in my personal car. The owner stand out side the restaurant. He state by said no park car here, i said i came here for 50 family pizza 50 garlic bread and some diet salads almost order more than 35000. He said we don't want order ho away from here and not park in front of my restaurant. If the person like this nonsense owns the restaurant than God knows This thing i will let knew in notice with my SDM friend in Moga Ram Singh PCS and Other PCS official not go to this restaurant which owns ni very nonsense person.

Make sure what you getting before placing the ordered didnt receive the items as described on the menu. 1. Ordered sweet potato fries and got normal fries without any communication. 2. Ordered grilled sandwich and got the simple toasted ones.

The lady at front desk who take orders and payment she behaves very rude i am with my friends we spend there 1 hour after one she said us please go dont spend here time more than one hour and her talk way is not good request to owner please guide her but food is tasty and service is also good
