Excellent place! Full of people all the time! Countless entertainment options! Prices are very reasonable! Accessible very easily. There are taxis outside but the wait to get one is extremely long and unacceptable. There is a water park here, universal studios, a casino, so many restaurants, and much more!

My experience at Resorts World in Singapore was truly memorable. While Universal Studios felt slightly smaller compared to its counterparts in America or Japan, it still delivered an exciting array of attractions and rides. Despite our limited time, we managed to make the most of our visit by exploring two of the parks on offer. The convenience of being able to enjoy multiple parks in a single day trip was a huge plus. From thrilling rides to delicious dining options, Resorts World offered something for everyone. The friendly staff and vibrant atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. I highly recommend Resorts World for anyone looking for a fun-filled day out in Singapore.

one of the must visit place in Singapore. the places and attractions inside the Sentosa island is very impressive. Rope car is much recommended to try which is helping us to see the port area and city from different perspective.

We were there on Thursday school holiday. Apart from USS where you can see queue, and Malaysia Food Street whereby you can see some crowd, the rest of the mall were pretty quiet. Went to Candylicious and they have this "Buy 2 Get 1 free" chocolate. But be careful cause some of the expiry date is like 1 or 2 months only.

And I'm also please where you can chill in the evenings or even daytime. You have good places to sit and rest there are a lot of restaurants and other fun places here you have the casino you have the aquarium you have many other fun stuff all over the place. It's a very good place for photo shoot where you can have family or couple shootings or even you can have wedding shootings in this place. These places are mostly a little bit crowded all the time as it's one of the best places to have some fun.

First of all, Universal Studios is small. I would not recommend a tour here. The food in the restaurant is also not very tasty. Aside from this facility, the island is overall well managed and there are many good things to experience.

Resort World Sentosa is a one-stop destination offering an array of attractions including Universal Studios, a casino, and the SEA Aquarium. With so much to explore, plan for at least two days to fully experience everything this island has to offer. It's a paradise for entertainment seekers.

Really impossible to get help. Please be advised: no refunds, no customer service, even in times of COVID. There is no phone number to speak to a real human for help regarding purchases, and very slow response by email (try 2-3 business days response time when a simple query might take multiple exchanges to resolve because the agent does not properly read). Website to modify bookings doesn't work.

Wonderful place with lot of things to do. Can't cover everything in a single day. 😅 Should go via monorail and try food options. There's convention centre, casino there and also its not very crowded at weekend.

Walking around sentosa for a day trip was actually quite fun! Lots of interesting architecture to see and restaurants to visit. However due to the current Covid situation some attractions such as Adventure Cove seem to be closed, might want to check it out before visiting.

Spending your Holiday to Singapore, it's incomplete if you haven't come here. if you go to Singapore using tour & travel services, surely all tours & travels will include this place in their list of tourist destinations. Likewise, if you go with a partner or friends, this place will also be one of the tourist destinations that you choose. this place is one of the favorite places for local and foreign tourists. It is not difficult to get here, especially in today's digital transformation era, it is very easy to find information about travel somewhere. starting about transportation, accommodation, culinary, tourist attractions and others. For shopaholics, Singapore is the best place for it. various branded goods at unreasonable prices are here. Many foreign tourists who come here just to spend money on shopping. However, it does not mean that a vacation to Singapore has to pay a lot of money. Even for you backpackers, Singapore is also friendly to your pockets, as long as you are good at taking advantage of the promos there. Starting from lodging promos and tourist attractions. and you have to make sure from the start that you just take pictures at these tourist spots. 🤭😂 If you don't want to stay there, Daycation is the answer. One day is enough for you to explore your favorite tourist spots there. If you are from Indonesia, you can depart from Batam via the earliest ship which departs at 6 am, approximately 1 hour of travel time you have arrived at Singapore and the last return to return to Batam is 9 pm. If you are from Malaysia, you can use air transportation via plane at KLIA1 or KLIA2 and ground transportation via buses that go to Singapore at KLCC or other Bus station. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Singapore government is still restricting tourists from abroad. we all hope that COVID-19 will end soon and tourism will quickly recover. Always make sure to Wash your hands, Wear your mask, Watch your distance. Enjoy your holiday.

Great place for photography shots! I also love how they open the door at specific timings to allow people to go inside for more photography shots and to touch the water from the Fountain of Wealth. Great fun and it's entirely free, although queue can be expected.

This fountain has been around for more than twenty years, and yet it has always found a way to stay new, fresh and relevant. Always lovely to take a stroll in the evenings and to just watch the lights and hear the sounds of water gushing down.

The Fountain of Wealth (Chinese: 财富之泉) is listed by the Guinness Book of Records in 1998 as the largest fountain in the world. It is located in one of Singapore's largest shopping malls, Suntec City. During certain periods of the day, the fountain is turned off and visitors are invited to walk around a mini fountain at the centre of the fountain's base, three times for good luck. At night, the fountain is the setting for laser performances, as well as live song and laser message dedications between 8 pm to 9 pm daily. It is situated in such a way the fountain is the hub of the shopping mall.

In the new normal, it's required to maintain safe distancing. However during our recent visit, it is disgusting to witness the staff reminding the patrons to maintain 1m within each other but they themselves are not adhering to such rules, especially behind the gaming tables. And it includes the floorpersons as well.

One of the most seeing attractions in Singapore and one of my personal favourite. If you like to chill by the beach or take a long walk to the ocean it will be the place. It has everything, food, drinks, activities, ocean, universal studio, beach clubs. If you are looking for a place to take some amazing pictures - you will like it too. Cheers

Ocean Suites are a once-in-a-lifetime experience, well worth the splurge! The room opens to a mesmerizing view of the aquarium. The bathtub under the flooring is a nice touch. Upstairs the living room is spacious and the soak pool is perfect. Great for kids and adults.

The rooms are too cozy. Don't expect coffee, tea etc in the room. Also please don't expect a chair in the room. There was a small stool, foldable table, a bathtub, no wardrobe ( please live out of your suitcase even if it is a 5 day stay like me). Restaurant is good.

Entertainment hub with all kinds of entertainment designed to entrance the whole family. Universal Studios, Aquarium, Casino, concerts, shows, restaurants, retail shops and more. Lively, crowded and vibrant. Great full day or multi-days experience. Prices are higher than normal but are expected for such tourist attractions.

Wonderful place. Very well maintained place. There are a lot of places to visit and enjoy. You have clean beaches and natural beauty to enjoy. I visited the place multiple times. They provide free shuttle and tram service to roam around the island. You can also enjoy cable cars. Variety of food options are available to eat as well.

Extremely horrible customer service. I booked the tickets for 11 August but was informed that there were no slots available. When I emailed them back and tried calling them on the 11th morning to see if anything could be done as it was to celebrate my wife's birthday as she loves marine life, I was not able to reach them. Hence, I just made other plans to celebrate with my wife. At 1.27pm they emailed back saying that my reservations are confirmed but I only saw the email at 3.50pm. Therefore, I asked them if it could be refunded as it was quite last minute notice and they were closing at 5pm. Throughout the email chain, the customer service just kept saying that no refunds will be given. Will never go back nor will I ever recommend anyone to visit such a place with such horrible customer service.

Stayed at Hotel Equarius for a staycation, the room is huge and spacious but that was about all the plus point to it. Not sure if it is due to COVID-19, everything seemed to be scaled down in terms of amenities, whatever was provided was reduced. No housekeeping was understandable because it's only a 2 night stay - minimised contact due to COVID-19. A little disappointed to be honest for a very premium hotel branding. Still a comfortable stay nevertheless, still felt exclusive and away from home. Could have provided extra amenities tissues or utensils to facilitate the stay. Odd that they only have 1 balcony chair though.

Great place to visit especially when you choose to dine in any restaurants around it and sit by the glass windows so you can enjoy the water dance before you. During the day one might be lucky to catch a rainbow around it depending on the angle of the sun ray shining into the fountain area. In the evening you are likely to catch a colourful light display too.

Overall a great place to explore once in a while but it gets boring pretty quickly. This is compounded with the fact that prices are extravagant for the average Singaporean. For first experience, it is worth it but for subsequent experiences, it gets dull and a bit of a waste in terms of money. Prices aside, the place is perfect for children and families bringing them along. Ranging from beaches, hotels, eateries, exhibit museums, and Universal Studios Singapore, there are many ways to entertain yourself. Although, I would recommend that people bring their own foods or snacks if they were to spend a day there which is the case for most people.

We stayed hotel Micheal in the island and the room looked basic and weirdly enough founded a dirty diaper and we report to the reception, they came and took that thing from our balcony. Price wise is but pricey since the key attraction still closed due to Covid-19. So there wasn't much to do in the island but nonetheless, it was pleasant stay.

Enjoy a wide range of fun such as Universal Studios Singapore, SEA Aquarium, and Trick Eye Museum before indulging in the local cuisines or high end restaurants. Stayed at Hotel Michael. Clean & decent service. In particular room cleaning attendants & bellmen were very friendly & very helpful. The wifi can b a little spotty but most of time ok. The TV sound & remote stopped working after abt half a day the facilities srvc came in and had to do a power shutdown of the room from the circuit box.

  • 5/5 Alvin K. 2 years ago on Google
The service was great. We were transferred over from the 1 Bedroom Beach Villa and we didn't have to worry about checking in. All I did was to sign another registration form that the butler will bring to me. I just had to wait in the room while they were getting the Ocean Suite ready. We were lucky to get the 'MIKA' Ocean Suite as out of the 12 Ocean Suite rooms, there is only 1. I will like to commend Willy for his quick service everyday no matter the most ridiculous request. 😅

5 stars hotel maybe? 1 stars service definitely! It is good if you have no special need, but their response is so slow when you need to cancel/modify your reservations, especially during covid when the situation is so fluid. They replied in the middle of the night (1am SGT) then subsequently silence for 4 days! Their service reminds me of budget airlines! Good if you can board the plane on time, good luck if you have any trouble boarding their plane, whether if it is in your control or not. Will avoid anything to do with Genting in the future. Poor service. Better choices out there.

Service staff are amazing. They set a high benchmark. The rooms are very spacious but come with a cost. It is ideal for you if you want to explore Sentosa Island as such. But if you want to visit Singapore lifestyle, it might be hard for you to travel in and out of the island.

We stayed in Hotel Equarius, although looks old but the place is well maintained, and clean! Very spacious, full size tub, separate shower and WC cubicle in the bathe, with a big window to the room, also got a small TV in the bathe itself. With 2 basin for dressing, truly an enjoyment staying here. an unbelievable place, we've seen it all. visited the aquarium, the biggest in the whole planet, I think I have never been to a bigger one before. we saw many rare fish from all over the world, sharks, dolphins and many fish. There were many families with children who were having fun. inside the aquarium there is a wonderful underwater restaurant. magic. there are many restaurants with different types of food, drinks and snacks. also many shops with the best brands. we visited the casino, first time in my life I saw such a big casino, the control to get inside is terrible. there are also the universal studios, which tickets we booked online to go again tomorrow because it was closed and we didn't visit it. I recommend that someone has time to visit it because it takes the whole day there to be able to cover it all like a day trip.

What an amazing place to stay and enjoy the views and such a luxurious island life. You can never visit Sentosa island in one day given the extensive acres of land to explore. If your living at the resort you get the best of both the island, water park, and the adventure park and amazing food outlets or just a walk in the forest or beach nights

  • 5/5 Rumana S. 1 year ago on Google

Resorts World Sentosa, what's more to say than it's iconic name in Singapore. Everywhere you visit, a major themes park never stops local from visiting and the tourist always want to visit whenever they are there even for a day. The location is great, closer to a beach and near commercial industry. Expect crazy amount of people and always remember to bring extra cash as you'll walk endlessly while enjoying the scenery and their amazing turkey leg. Getting around in sentosa got more easier as new generation of park management to improve the system. I highly recommend to try each of the rides if you're a thriller traits and do not worry. There is plenty of rides that are meant to be slow and steady.

We stayed at Ocean Suites for 2 nights from 29 Nov to 1 Dec 2022. I think the concept is great. However, the suites itself looks tired and finishing were not great. Room was a bit too dark, and there were no floor lamps that we can adjust the brightness of the room. Jacuzzi outdoor was not bad. Butler service was not so great and not very helpful when we asked for room service or to clear the plates and all. Housekeeping service was not great either. Dustbins were not thoroughly cleared and there were still stains on the table after cleaning. I would say I would not go back to stay in this suite. Concept is great however with view of the aquarium, however the rooms were not executed up to standard in my opinion esp we paid about S$2K plus per night. Not worth the money....

Attended a wedding at the S.E.A Aquarium and it was soooo magical & beautiful! Atmosphere was perfect. Service was superb, very attentive and efficient service crew, constantly topping up drinks, great eye contact and very polite. Food wise quite average, nothing wow but the aquarium view totally made up for it. Definitely a memorable wedding venue.

Unforgettable experience! I was blown away by the amount of fun I had here. The queues were not so long and it wasn't packed when I visited. I loved each and every ride I went to! You MUST visit this place if you visit Singapore

Though we didn't stay in the resort we went there for S.E.A. aquarium.....but unfortunately it was closed at 5pm. So we just hung around for a while and again took yellow line bus to the beach. But resorts world is an awesome place with attractions like sea aquarium and universal studio etc. With lots of eateries, shops and restrooms around. And I think may be a casino also...??🤔🤔. Impressive.....👌🏼👌🏼😎

Resort Sentosa Island offers an exceptional vacation experience. The luxurious accommodations, stunning beachfront location, and world-class amenities exceeded my expectations. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met promptly. The resort's facilities, including pools, restaurants, and spa, were top-notch and provided endless entertainment and relaxation options. The breathtaking views of the ocean and well-maintained gardens added to the overall charm of the resort. I highly recommend Resort Sentosa Island for an unforgettable and rejuvenating getaway

Fun, fun, and fun all around! The allure of this place is present since it is meant to be a getaway from the increasingly busy lives we have in the world. Easily accessible by monorail, Resorts World Sentosa never fails to impress.

The experience was good, its very well maintained beach with multiple rides and light shows. If you are here you must go for a light show called wings of time. We also tried a ride called helix skypark, it was a good experience but it was expensive given that it just slowly takes you at a certain height and brings you back, no adrenaline rush. Note: you have to walk a lot so bring nice comfortable shoes, there are buses operating but it can make you wait very long in peak hours.

  • 4/5 Priyanka B. 9 months ago on Google
It was a fun experience. But bcoz I was here during peak season I couldn't attend all attractions. One day isn't enough to cover universal studios. And resorts World is huge.. So it will take 2-3 days to visit places in resorts world.

This theme park of Universal Studio is must visit place when coming to Singapore. Located next to Resorts world sentosa the theme park packs a lot of rides and full of entertainment. Shows and Act are all over the theme park. The rides are very very thrilling and exciting. A place that you must not missed if you are a tourist. Even if you are residing in Singapore as a local or a long term resident it is worth repeat visit.

Wow, this is a great resort that is family friendly. The staff are welcoming and friendly and take a genuine interest in how you are enjoying your stay. The location is central to most attractions on Sentosa Island with plenty to do for families. The rooms were spacious and well looked after during our stay. I recommend this place for couples or families. We will be back!

True life experiences. Live this place. It is my first time here. I wish I ten years younger. Lucky I get to try one of the rides it was my first and will be my last. Due to my age is getting older.

First class hotel. Extremely high quality. The location is great, the pool is great. The rooms were amazing. And the toilet is like it's from the future (you need to use it to know what I mean..think Demolition Man).

It is one of the best property to stay in Singapore. It is bit cheaper than Marina bay sands but more vibrant , spacious and relaxing property. It is Santosa island where u get access to beaches and free shuttle service . Even one don’t have to pay toll of 6 Singapore dollar which entering this island .

An amazing entertainment hub for people of all age groups. Just stay prepared for long waiting lines for like 85-150 minutes on weekends. Specially for the Transformer ride. Rest great fun and can be a place to.spend the whole day. Make sure you have nothing in your iternary if you are planning to visit Universal Studios

Amazing place for fun hangouts even though it tends to be hot there's air conditioning places to be at to cool down other than that the foods are pretty good too and their attractions. I'd come back 100%

Beautiful location with ease of visiting all the local attractions. Island is so well designed with all modern amenities in place. Wifi enabled entire island. Sentosa express and cable car make it so much easy.

Stayed in newly renovated Hotel Ora. Scan the QR Code(take note of the validity dates) at the check-in counter that will enable free car entry scanning at Sentosa Auto Pass gantry. This QR Code also allows you to take free monorail train rides.

We had a 1 day trip only without staying at the resort. It was just perfect !! Incredible in every aspect. We went there by a train it was a little bit confusing which station is the right one for a specific activities but there’s an information desk who helped us with that.

Wonderful place went there with my wife and enjoyed the Wings of winds show too. . The beach is not like the one in India with big waves. Nice we went there and enjoyed

Very nice Hotel at a convenient location for all the resorts. Takes a few minutes to the city but even this is easy manageable. Pool and breakfast buffet are great and we had good cocktails at the bar. Special thanks to Sophia Lam who went above and beyond to let us know what else there is to see on Sentosa.

Fun filled trip for the family! Had a ball of a time @ Universal Studios! Bought just 1 kids ticket since we had 4 free ones(2 adults, 2 children). Maybe next time will get the express pass so we'll save more time rather than queing. It was crazy on a Sunday!

Place looks nice and clean, very friendly and accommodating. Food places, gambling, a bit high priced for shopping, sight seeing at the roof. Not much to do unless your purpose is just to be there and enjoy the ambiance 👌

  • 3/5 Michael (. 5 months ago on Google
It's fantastic how Sentosa has developed and now, after all the years, it doesn't look that artificial at all. The malls look a little outplaced, if you want luxury shopping, you go to Marina Sands Bay, I doubt that the clientele of those Resort World Hotels are a good fit for all the luxury boutiques. A more unique setup of street wear and goods would fit perhaps better. But Resort World has more to offer, Universal Studios, the water park, it's fun.

nice park, but many attractions were closed and it seems the park has alkost nothing to offer for 3-5 years old, and the entry fee doesn't seem to reflect this. also, poor dining options inside the park and the best options are outside the park in front of universal studios theme park.

Sentosa offers a lot of adventure for all age groups. There's a beautiful and vast aquarium , there are a number of beaches, a number of rides like the sky ride and the luge ride,a fantastic fountain laser show called wings of time and a host of other things. Overall a fun place to visit .

Utlimate experience with some awesome rides and fun activities. Try paying a little extra as Express pass will save you a lot of time, at least half an hour on each ride. Be there as early as you can (opens at 11 am) and be there with your fun mood.

  • 5/5 Mikhael G. 5 months ago on Google
Nice place and have lots of activities. Can comment on what's inside the ammusement parks, I went just to take a picture at the universal studios globe. I think the beaches are overhyped, if it is. If you don't mind sharing the sea water with the shipping harbor, it should be fine.

I visited Sentosa during early November, but the weather was incredibly hot. You should consider bringing your own sunglasses, a fan or Thai balm to make you feel more cool

Kids had a great time. It was definitely worth getting the one hour before opening tickets to get to the popular rides otherwise some of them you could be waiting for an hour. Everything is made to generate money so be ready to offload on food, drinks an drying off should you go on the Jurasic ride.

  • 5/5 Francis A. 3 months ago on Google New
Great place to bring the whole family. But better plan where to go ahead of time. Enjoy the beach in the morning and then after lunch in Universal Studios.

  • 5/5 Adam Y. 3 months ago on Google New
Great place, main attraction is Universal Studios. The zipline, sky climb, luge, cable cars are also really good. You can get a Fun pass, which gives you a ticket with a QR code on it. This basically is $1 per token, which can be used for specific things at specific venues only (for example, plain hot dogs at international dining bazaar, or cable car rides). Most food isn't covered, many of the attractions don't use the fun pass. Highly recommended to go.

Place is great, pricy for real, but has a lot of activities going on. Overall, a treat to the eyes and lots of amazing restaurants available too. If u have the resources, don't leave out Universal Studios.
