In the evening I went to the emergency room and used BPJS, I already had a referral letter from health facility 1 but it couldn't be used yet, I had to queue first. At 10 o'clock at night my tooth hurt really badly, but I couldn't do anything about it because my gums were swollen. In the end, they just had a consultation and were given a prescription to be paid outside. The doctor on duty was very helpful, explained the condition in detail, was informative, calming and friendly. Anyway, thank you very much for helping me see my swollen gums in the mirror. I'm already worried that I'm going to spend a lot of rupiah because it's definitely not an emergency case, but I'm still trying to get it into the BPJS bill because there's no action. I want to come here again to have my teeth extracted when my gums get better, I hope the service remains satisfactory. The online queue has been full for more than a week, I want to try coming first thing in the morning, hopefully you can get a slot by queuing offline. Keep up the good work 👍👍👍.

My husband and I have subscribed to RSGM Maranatha because the results are satisfactory. The doctor works well (unlike in "ono" hospitals, the doctors actually damage teeth), the place is also comfortable. The actions we have carried out include removing wisdom teeth, installing crowns, filling cavities, root canal treatment, tooth scaling, everything is okay.

The first time I went for treatment here, as a BPJS patient I didn't expect the service to be this good. All staff are friendly and very helpful. I was confused about what the procedure should be, so I calmed down because starting from security and the staff welcomed and gave directions in a friendly and polite manner. First time seeking treatment here, the service is really good. From the start when you arrived, you were immediately greeted by security, when you checked the online list, the files were immediately taken, it didn't take long for you to go up to the 3rd floor, you were immediately greeted by security, you brought the files and waited for the doctor. the periodontist was really good, explained it in very detail. Coming out of the doctor, I was immediately greeted by security again, took the file, put it in room K, was called straight away for an X-ray, when I came out, security said it was done, sir, went straight to billing, great... After the back and forth drama, RS**M was the one who registered. Even though it was difficult online, there were errors, in the end I suggested changing the reference to RSKGM Maranatha. The doctor was great, but the registration administrator and cashier are the worst I've ever met in the history of hospital. I filled in the registration form and chose an 'x' insurance and they just ignore it (in other hospital, they'll ask for more info or ask us to give them card). In this RSGM, the administrator just ignored it, then what is the point of filling the registration form? And the cashier called 'Nicholas Triprasetyo' who was there on Tuesday, 24 January 2023 around 3 pm was the worst cashier ever; flat and arrogant face, harsh voice, absolutely unfriendly, was incapable of explaining of why there was a mistake in the first place. He definitely need to learn more about hospitality.
