You should come here when it starts in the afternoon (3 pm), the air is cool. (When i came at 1 pm, its so hot) Access to this place is hidden, I had to turn around because I missed it. But when arrives, there's a large parking area for cars and motorbikes inside. For the place is divided into 2: terrace and garden. The size terrace is rather narrow and you will feel like at home. Accompanied by 80-90s songs, make you feel comfortable. The garden is a bit wider, very soothing to the eyes and the air is cooler than the terrace. There are so many choices of tea here, I bought butterfly milk tea with regal, black milk tea, and french fries. There is also tea that can be refilled when it runs out, but I don't know the name. If you haven't had lunch, here also food in menu. The average per portion is below IDR 50,000 Well done house of tea, you make me feels like at home. I'll go to this place next time

For those of you who are bored with coffee, tea might be a must-try thing. This place has the atmosphere of a country house. Since in front there is a field that is used as a large parking lot, this place has cool-natural air. A little bit inward from the highway, but this is also what has its charm. The variety of tea served is also quite complete. Its quiet complete than what I've seen at Lewis and Carol. For the price, it is not much different from the "green star" coffee shop. For the atmosphere? Numero Uno!

This place is a hidden gem in South Jakarta. I visited this place on middle November 2020 . The tea house was a bit hard to locate and the road was narrow. Once you found the tea house, you will amazed by the spacy parking lot for your vehicle and the tea house itself (even the toilet was very clean and cool lol). The place was really comfortable, I can stay here for a long time. The service was great too. I came here with my friend, these are what we ordered: - Hot Chrysanthemum Tea (you can refill the hot water as much as you want and the tea is fragrant, I personally like it). - Ice Black Tea with Cinnamon. - Banana Fries (I honestly thought it would be like a crackers, the crunchy one, but it was like banana fritters. Actually I'm confuse how to describe this dish, but it was really good! You guys should try this dish). - French Fries. Oh you should try the main dish, I think I saw other group ordered breakfast set and tom yum, I saw they really enjoying their food that time. I didn't order the main dish because I had to go to other place for dinner. You can check their instagram: @houseoftea for more information! I will come back again to this tea house in 2 weeks to try another tea and dishes <3

Best place to take a break from a hectic Jakarta for a while. You can have premium quality of tea with home made food. The owner is a tea master and he will amaze you with his kind service and smile.

I was never been a tea-guy myself and always been inclined for coffee more than Tea. When I came here, I ask the owner for a recommendation and order as that. The owner’s recommendation was spot on and made me crave for more tea. The location was hard to locate, It has quite parking spaces, and the place is so comfortable to stay for a long time either alone or in groups. I would recommend it to anyone who new to the Tea world and go ask the owner for a recommendation. Great service, Great price. Would love to come again soon!

My first time trying this one was so amazing! Kinda difficult for me to find the place, but the atmosphere is really good. Feels like Grandma’s house! Met the fur boss named Anta, she's 7 years old!🫶🏻

A secluded homey teahouse near Fatmawati/Gandaria. A worth place to relax and sip hot teas! I tried the recommended white tea (came in a pot, refill-able) and butterfly pea tea (blue tea that will turn violet with lemon juice). The owner is very friendly, he was gleeful to elaborate the tea selection and tea processing. They also have a tea-making workshop on request for small group. The food is good. Tried the tom yam: spaghetti noodle with prawn and seafood meatballs. The broth was spicy and tart with citrus, which is great! Spaghetti was used since customers ask a milder noodle. Also tried the mac n cheese fries and it was ok. Accepts ovo and cashbac payment. Available on Zomato Gold (per June 2019).

Love love love this place! If you're looking for a tea place thats more like stopping by a neighbour's house rather than a cafe, this ones for you. The people are friendly and really has a homey vibe. Their teas are delicious! I ordered the Oolong milk tea and damn i still think about that tea 🍵

The place is a bit inside so it's not noisy and really homey. The owner is also friendly and there is a cat too. For snacks, I recommend the 'Pisang Goreng' because they are really crispy and taste so good (not too sweet). There are also many choices for tea variants ranging from mild to strong, you can refill tea too and the waiter is also quick to offer. Perfect for afternoon tea or just hanging out with friends.
