    There should be clear coordination between the puskesmas and kua. Don't just give out information. So it just bothers people. Kua said he had a health check 3 months beforehand. The health center said 3 weeks beforehand. Government institutions like that.

    The officers were not friendly at all. As a public servant, you should work according to SOP. There needs to be a survey regarding the level of public satisfaction with the services provided, so that it can be used as evaluation material to improve service quality.

    I have criticism regarding the service of staff towards patients/visitors, 1. Service in the KIA poly room is not fast and effective 2. Examination service officers should only chat with patients as necessary so that other patients do not wait too long. 3. There should be a difference in the queue for sick and immunized patients and which one should be prioritized first. 4. queues in the pharmacy room, for example there is a problem that the medicine is not ready or not yet available or there are even other problems, Queues must be jumped so that services continue to run effectively and efficiently, There should be mandatory notification to patients/visitors according to the queue, so that patients/visitors know the reason why the queue number has been skipped even though they have been waiting too long. So this is my personal experience this morning, Thursday 14/09/23 to be precise... Hopefully my criticism can help improve service. Thank you
