The
estate
management
is
indifferent
to
conflicts
between
neighbors
caused
by
one
of
the
residents,
does
not
dare
to
provide
firm
solutions,
and
seems
to
be
"hands
off"
in
a
problem.
The
ultimate
trick
is
"it's
only
you
who
experienced
it,
the
others
didn't",
even
though
in
fact
there

several
who
experienced

same
thing

were

by

sentence.
Estate
management
is
not
objective
in

problem,
