The sky and the sea are very clear up here. They encase the beautiful view that lure everyone so we would be amazed with the nature.. We came here during the office time back then, therefore it seems quiet in these photos. We can also enjoy the breeze drifting on by the rocks and it's so relaxing! Perfect place for refreshing our mind.

The white-sand beach is located in Gunungkidul Regency with all the beautiful sights from many sides. My favorite one is from a gazebo above the "rock island" close from the coastline. You can see another cliffs and get your sight more farther like water and sky are touched. Blue and higher waves is the another reasons why I more comfortable enjoy this view in height, because we can't get wet or swimming at coastline for safety purpose. At the shore I didn't found much waste like another beaches that I've visited before, it makes +1 why I love this place.

Located at Ngepung, Kemadang, Tanjungsari District, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region, it's a wonderful beach for family, but not for bathing. The whole family can play on its whitish sand separated by a coral reef barrier from the water and look for a rich variety of small sea animals. There is a coral cliff with an isthmus and a view post on its East end. The West flank is connected to the beautiful Ngrawe Beach. There are many food stalls and shops selling fried shrimps and fishes, simple foods like instant noodles, souvenirs and drinks. This beach is famous for its delicious "kakap" soup. Many clean toilets are available for little money, and a mosque too. Lodging is available around at low to medium rates with humble conditions but they don't have hot water for bathing.

Nice place, nice view, nice food. Beware with sea urchins and polychaeta/bristleworm. Don't step on the corals with barefoot because they're poisonous. Overall, I love the place and the staff are pretty responsible too about the covid-19 protocol. Love it! ❤

This is one of the beautiful beaches in Yogyakarta Province that is located in gunung kidul regency. However you need to be careful and cautious with surrounding areas if you want to play on the beach because the big wave sometimes appears in sudden way. And If you come to this beach in the afternoon I recommend you to bring an umbrella because it's very hot due to the sunlight. Overall this beach is recommended to visit.

Lovely, clean beach. There is a lot of coral-like flat so that when the tide is right you can wade out far and see a lot of life hiding in the tide-water. Beautiful cliffs as well. A little busy, even on a Monday, but not too much.

Watch out for the high waves, especially the children. Bring own food/drinks if prefer otherwise alot of shops also selling food & drinks. Windy atmosphere with picnickers hanging around in a different environment.

A feast for the eye if you're an ocean lover. Worth exploring the coast either side, but do wear shoes and watch that tide!!!

Came here on vacation and it was very busy and crowded. Honestly, I didn't expect there's a beach in a mountainous area, the view was really good! if you walk 30 meters to the right there's another photo spot but be careful of the waves. Around the beach, there are many stalls and shops selling souvenirs as well. There's also a family villa on the hill before entering the beach area.

The beach is comfortable for children to play, the white sand area is nice, just be careful with sea urchins when playing in the coral area.

The beach is OK, food and souvenir shops are nicely lined up, marked pathway is neatly done too, free entrance and just pay for the parked vehicle.

We got there around 10 a.m. and it's completely full of visitors everywhere At that time the waves was so high If you want to play on the coastline, you need to be alert and careful You can rent mat for Rp 20.000 so you can take a rest and just see the beach view It'll be refreshing to order a whole coconut for each Rp 15.000

The beach is beautiful & the waves are very big, not far from kukup, on the left there is MESRA beach, it is also beautiful there. There are lodgings with affordable prices and fairly complete facilities, (Ac, Bathroom, Spring Bed, etc.). The toilets are also plenty & clean. The distance from the parking lot to the beach is a bit far, around 500 - 700 M. Came here in the morning, so the traders are still not open.

A beautiful white sand beach with lots of food stalls, one the busier beaches in the area. Parkings are clearly marked and spacious. Bathrooms are plenty. Unfortunately, a lot of people leave their trash behind on the beach. You can easily find plastic bottles, used shoes, diapers, noodle cups, lunch boxes, and cigarette butts as some additional scenery...

Too crowded and the wave was so big when I came. But still, the view is amazing. There is a point where I want to take a picture, however you should pay and there will be photographers that will offer you 5000 per picture, and I think it is so expensive for me.
