Clean, necessary equipment for seniors, elevator. The ladies at the registration desk were nice and friendly. I quickly made an appointment with the doctor. Let's see what the visit itself will look like? After the visit. I was practically seen by the doctor at the appointed time. The office is very well equipped with modern devices necessary to perform tests. Very nice and nice doctor. I was informed about my ailments in an understandable and accessible way. I recommend this Center.

Specialist doctors of good standard. But the clinic is a whole - and due to the terrible knowledge, service and lack of respect for the patient by the receptionists, I can only rate this one one star. I definitely advise against it. Unless you want to feel like you're in the depths of the Polish People's Republic, in a provincial town in a clinic where the service is the master of life and death. Starting from the answered phone call, to the personal unpleasantness of the conversation, a festival of grievances, bitterness and life dissatisfaction is unleashed upon us. Observing the queue and comments, you can see that, unfortunately, the staff leads to conflicts with almost every patient.

I came to perform a salmonella test to obtain a sanitary inspection booklet. I wanted to receive an invoice for the company, but apparently the lady in the laboratory did not have such permissions at the moment. I came for the second time and apparently the system was working properly, but it was impossible to issue an invoice retroactively. Finally, I received a personal invoice and a card explaining the situation with the facility's stamp. I received an SMS that the results were ready. I was surprised that there were no results. The ladies at the reception told me that the results were in the laboratory, which was open for shorter hours and not during the hours I would be able to arrive. By laboratory I think I mean the door to the office, but I've never seen it function as two separate places. Finally, the ladies said they could take the results back from me and I could come get them tomorrow. So I came for the fourth time and finally my results were actually at the reception. Unfortunately, after asking where I should go with them to get the booklet, I did not receive any answer. It's ridiculous that the facility where tests are done for the book doesn't know how to get it. I had to ask my family doctor.

I recommend it with a clear conscience. The patient feels cared for from the first phone call. Very nice service, considerable flexibility in choosing the date of the visit. Also high-class specialists. Additionally, the clinic itself is new and well-kept.

High-quality Medical Center. Specialist doctors Dr. Wardas, Dr. Pączek and Dr. Stępień are people with incredible knowledge, vocational doctors with great personal culture. It is rare to meet such outstanding specialists in one clinic. I recommend it with all my heart ❣️❣️❣️

The tragedy was answered by an elderly woman who didn't know anything, asked for my phone number to call back, when I started dictating to her, she answered another phone and forgot about me. of course no one called back

I highly recommend Dr. Małgorzata Pączek from this clinic. I had my first ophthalmological consultation with her and I am very satisfied. She performed a comprehensive examination, the visit took place in a very friendly atmosphere and it was clear that the doctor wanted to do everything properly and not quickly. The facility looks new, comfortable, large parking lot. The ladies at the reception were very nice, the corridor, the waiting room - everything was clean and tidy. I had a dental consultation. Dr. Szulik very quickly detected the loss of the old filling and caries in another place. The doctor told me exactly what she thought should be done, without imposing it, as some doctors like to say, "you have to do this or that." It was my first completely painless visit to the dentist. The equipment used by the doctor in her office made the impression that it was very modern. I was given anesthesia (after asking whether I wanted it or not) and even before the injections I was informed what was happening - even the injection itself was practically painless. I will definitely continue to visit and receive treatment in this office. In my opinion, the prices are very competitive compared to other offices with good reviews in Katowice. I recommend.

At cm1000, I took advantage of the professional advice of three specialists, or rather specialists, because they were ladies :) Dr. Grządziel - gynecologist, Dr. Goj-Duniec - dermatologist and Dr. Król - endocrinologist. Each time I left the office very satisfied. During the visits, I felt cared for and listened to, and I received comprehensive answers to all my questions. The doctors were very nice, patient and polite, even though they were wearing masks, you could feel the smile in their voices :) I recommend it from the bottom of my heart :)
