My parents are pure vegetarians. They don't even eat garlic. So it was an "adventure" on our part to go to an exclusively non vegetarian restaurant for a pure vegetarian meal!!! Long story short, we had one of our best vegetarian dinners in a long time at this restaurant! Service was good. The staff was very well trained. The staff who serve and clean the tables are exceptionally polite, quick, and make sure we get the little extras like onion/chilli etc. The wait staff was excellent in informing us n the chef to make our vegetarian food the way we wanted to be made. Definitely recommend all to try this place once. Although be prepared to wait a bit as it is crowded most of the time. They have a good dessert n mock tail and beverage menu. I tried the lime cooler n brownie with ice cream. Both were really good.

very bad ambience. The staffs are very slow and they don't provide cutlery beforehand on the table along with plates. If you ask them for tissue papers they will give it in your hand directly because they don't have any tissue paper stand on the table. The food quality is also average, so you better look for some other restaurants.

Except food, everything was fine, but we go there for food right... Not worth the money we pay for the buffet they offer very less varieties😭 not much to say about food... Visited for lunch with group of 10. Ordered mutton and nattikozhi soup. Little spicy. Veg starters are good , platter is a must try. Ordered chicken platter - 2 feet 4 members can eat sufficient. Chicken platter is good. Must try is seafood platter - thye have pomfret fry, koduva, fish finger, squid, basha. Main course- usual taste. Deserts are good, milk shake and ice cream. They serve buffet on weekends. Place is hygienic. No valet parking. One time worth trying.

Very worst experience. Ordered the simplest dishes of all (parota with gobi manchurian) and had to wait almost an hour but no sign of it. Upon asking the waiter, they claimed that the dish was sent to the wrong table. Dishes ordered also not good in taste. I won't ever dine in copper kitchen ever

Yes, this is one of the best place for team outing. We had try so many platters, all of them were awsome. Don't miss dragon sweet chicken. That was 😋. Atlast we tried sizzling brownie top notch. Atmosphere was so good. 🔥 Price was also reasonable. That was great choice among the restaurant in that area. 👌

Humongous menu with a very large selection just spoils the foodie in you. Cost is extremely reasonable. When was the last time you saw Rs.25 cost for Parota, Rs.20 for Chapati and Rs.40 for Naan? The gravy is priced higher just like most restaurants. The selection extends from Indian to Chinese and even a decent collection of Pasta. Weekend buffets have been introduced at Rs.699 which is a decent value for money. You ask for hot water and it's brought within few minutes. They even have the nostalgic "goli soda" with different flavors. The ambience is good overall. There is adequate parking upfront for about 7 or 8 cars. You can also Park in the large parking space of Chennai Silks. The only issue i see with this restaurant is that sometimes it gets crowded and the service levels drop a bit (which isn't too bad but still we hope for it to improve).

I went for a dinner after a long months... This time I got very bad experience in the food which I ordered 1st- mutton soup served a very cold 🥵and salty.. There is not all hot. Informed serving person to heat up again. I don't know the guy who is pouring the soup in the bowl won't check whether it is hot or not. 2nd - Iffa dejaj, one of my favourite dish, the presentation is gud but the chicken is hard to chew, not soo soft to eat. 3rd - Biryani - not soo tasty and masala smell is dominating. when compare to other restaurants biryani is average... 4th - Ambience is well and gud, but cleaning am not sure.. Because mosquitoes are more. Specifically on corners.. We are coming to eat peacefully with family but making us too feel irritated because of this.. 5th - Menu looks gud presentation, price is high, food is average...

Cleanliness: Poor, Service: Very Bad, Ambience: Nothing special, Food: Okay Overall: Had bad experience I had to add my name to a list and they said it will take 30 minutes. I waited for 30 mins but after 30 mins when I asked why my name was not called I realiser that they gave my table to someone else. And after getting a table we noticed that the table mats were.dirty. No one came to take our order. They brought a water bottle but no glasses. Had to wait 20 mins and ask multiple times to get someone come take the order. They said it's because it was busy. Is that suppose to mean the service will bad during busy hours!!!. And when you order something they will say sorry sir its not available. After 10 more minutes they brought plates. And then the electricity was gone and no backup power. I started to get head ache. And finally we got the food nearly after 1 and a half hours. There were no spoon in salad. Even being really hungry, we didn't feel the food was anything special. Washrooms were not clean, not well lit and there were mirrors. We ordered starters but they never brought it. Since everything was taking so long we didn't bother taking dessert. Tissue box was empty. Overall experience was very bad.

It's a good restaurant.. ample parking space Tamil Kalyan biriyani is good too.. and so it's the chicken lollypop. Fish fingers is a must try too.. The restaurant lacks cleanliness though.. it seems like it has been flooded with guests thought out the day and the floors are not cleaned. Gives a vibe of a wedding hall after buffet.. But overall it's a good place for dinner . It has buffet during the lunch time

Worst branch of Copper Kitchen in Chennai. Service was the worst. food was not fresh. Briyani was dry without flavour. The special Kizhi parotha was not warm and tasted sweet. The dishes lacked presentation.Service was slow food came very late and no water was served at the table, we had to request multiple times. Similarly we had to ask for mouth freshener after billing. Cleanliness was also not maintained as you can see in the posted pictures. Overall there can be a lot of improvements but for now I don't recommend anyone to visit here and waste their money.

Biriyani tastes below average than other restaurants, Quantity of Ice cream is very little (one small scoop). 》Need a lot of improvements in cooking & ingredients. We ordered chicken and mutton soup, biryani, a 4ft platter, prawn thokku, chicken rice, and noodles, All are below average in taste. The biryani is somehow good but not worth for that price. Service is good, thanks to Dipu and his team.

Everything was okayish (food, ambience and service) in this restaurant. We ordered Chicken Biryani, Kizhi parotta, Mushroom manchurian and chilli Panneer. I would say all the dishes are good, not great I would say. They should focus on cleanliness though. The table was so stinky and we had to change our tables twice. Service was good.

Spices well blended, chicken was marinated with the blend. Bit oily but tasted well💯 I usually don’t order briyani through food delivery because it might cold out if the delivery got delay. This is the worst resturant I have ever visited! 1. The AC broke and that was never told to us, the server was just saying he adjusted the fan but nothing worked. And we were not given a different seat because of the crowd. 2. Parking was a big mess! The watchman is not capable of handling the crowd 3. Food was average, you need to request for everything like raitha cause they were never serve with briyani.

The service was too slow. We ordered veg platter, few of the items were raw and undercooked. Biriyani had a very strong ginger flavour, over dominated the meat. Squid was over cooked and so rubbery, hard to eat. Fish polichathu was only the good one out of the entire order.

Lifetime worst dinner experience. Not worth a single penny. Such a disgusting experience all together and the food take it to the next level of disaster.! 1. Biriyani was stale and smelly! 2. Not even a single food served was hot 3. Ambience was like eating in a tapriwala(which would’ve offered much better food) 4. They bring in lot of paid reviewers and setting up an entire fake review about the food and ambience. Example: when we were there, a paid reviewer shooting on cam was speaking on record that the there was mutton biriyani, chicken biriyani, veg biriyani and so on but fun part was they never served any biriyani except chicken. They just show the vessels in the cam and inside which there is nothing literally empty vessels.! 5. Speaking about deserts, it’s better not to talk about it.! (Check photo) I’m attaching the photos. Went to copper kitchen with high expectations after seeing the reviews, but was a bit disappointing. Couple of tables were arranged near the stairs itself, that dust can easily fall into one's plate. The food taste was also average only, not sure if it's because a bit late in the sunday afternoon, that is arnd 1:30 PM. Attender told that a mutton dish was one of their signature dish, but when they served us, it was full of mutton bones and onions. Only the magician is good thing and thought there.

Honestly the food was good and the service was great. Special shout out to Sunil. His service was great and I will visit again only for the kind of service we got from Sunil. And for the admin team. Please change the furniture. It has become old and uncomfortable for old people to dine.

We had dinner yesterday, The restaurant was fully packed, but we got a table immediately, then the menu book was curated very well while seeing the dish in the menu book i felt mouth watering then ordered 1. Mutton biryani - really well cooked briyani meat 🥓 so tender with enough masala, less spice even kids can eat without any issue. 2. Spicy 🔥 garlic 🧄 chicken 🍗 tikka - must must try dish such chicken was so tender and masala they marinated was awesome. 3. Shawarma roll - Just ok. Overall i recommend this restaurant. Bill amount 740/- for two.

Food was good and served neatly. There is a longer waiting period if there is a rush. There was a beggar who suddenly came inside and asked for food...don't know how he crossed the reception/security guys...felt really surprised at their lack of professionalism.

Good food with great ambience. We ordered a 4 foot platter, it was a great mix of different tandoor and kebabs. 9 varieties of 4 pieces each. The only drawback is that all are made of chicken, if it had a mix of fish and mutton, it would have been great.

Came here due to a long transit between flights. Food menu is amazing. Huge variety of choices with reasonable price. Hygienic. The 2 and 4 ft kebab platter or whole goat briyani is simply unbelievable. Staffs were very helpful to check if our international card would work. They were also very kind to hold our luggage bags while we went shopping at the nearby malls. Chromepet is a great place for long flight layovers as all the major shopping and dining outlets are here and it is a lot less crowded than main Chennai city.

Sanjay served us here. Good service by him . The food was too good . We tried feast platter which I would recommend . Mutton biryani was good too , I would specially recommend coconut pudding and mojitos
