Excellent layout with lot of greenery and open space HIG houses are pretty big with good water facility Looks more like a tourist spot than appartement. Good place to live to lead a relaxed life. Around km around layout is completely deserted. Need to travel atleast 4 kms to find a shop. Only 30-40 houses occupied out of 700 due to which maintenance is not good.

It's a gated community in 20 acres area consisting of 11 five storey apts, a total of 710 flats. There are beautiful parks and ornamental plants .

Water problem. If u stay here u should be able to stay without water for 2,3 days or more. Not a single drop of water. Parking problem also. Ambience is only good but what to do with ambience without fulfilling basic needs. Worst place for basic needs.

Great location and locality. Only disappointed as shops are not nearby yet to develop but soon the area will book.

No water in any building and lot of Association issues. Parking problems, stray dog issues, vehichle are not parked in their alloted place. Think before you think about living here.

Good ambience in and around the campus. Serene and very good gated community. You will enjoy morning and evening walks. Wish they maintained quality construction as well.

Good place to stay but has cell phone coverage issue and is a bit too far away from any important and necessary shops
