RUDE! ARROGANT! INSULTING! I have been a Tantuja customer for years now! Every year we visit their different outlets for Puja shopping for their quality products. This year we went to Uttarpara Tantuja outlet. And here what we faced: After the billing was done I asked for an extra normal carry bag and also said if it's chargeable we would pay for it. The man who was at cash counter silply denied to provide an extra bag even if we shopped for Rs. 5000/-. He stood up and started shouting that this wasn't a bag store. He asked us to leave immediately without returning ever! Can you imagine? CAN YOU IMAGINE? IS THIS HOW TANTUJA TRAINS THEIR EMPLOYEES TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS? People go and spend their hard earned money to enjoy in this happy festive season. And should they return with this gift????? REALLY????? NEVER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LAST TIME WITH TANTUJA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNTIL YOU TAKE ACTION! I AM HEART BROKEN AND EQUALLY ANGRY. FIE!!!!! FIE!!!!!!!!!

My mother has been shopping here since I was a baby, now we both shop here. Though the staff has changed over years,everyone is very kind and willing to help you out. The store has a lovely, varied collection of sarees,kurtas,suit pieces, bedsheets,suiting every budget. I love visiting this store every time I come to kolkata.

Overpriced shop,even the most ordinary saree is so costly.

A good collection of garments and well behaved staffs make my experience satisfactory. In my opinion, the price is a bit higher from open market. But, the all over quality is fine.

I am not satisfied. Very expensive sarees are there. I have not seen options for low budget sarees like 1500rs.

It is one of the best Tanuja shop in West Bengal. Very spacious and huge stock of materials with a couple of friendly behavioral staff members always help you.

They behaved so rudely with me and my mother.. It was really insulting... I have been to much better places but never behaved like this.. I am sorry to say this is my worst experience and would never ever visit it again

good shop.vast stock of sarees.Dealing with customer is fair, but they should improve the Billing section.
