I
have
been
using
this
brand
prior
to
the
takeover
because
of
the
great
experiences
I
had
in
foreign
locations.
Today
at
the
quest
mall
Kolkata
I
visited
this
store
and
asked
if
they
had
any
discount
to
which
they
said
they
can
process
points
if
I
would
have
varied
the
physical
card.
To
me
since
most
of
the
cards
are
linkedto
the
phone
number
carrying
the
physical
card
is
not
a
necessity.
I
purchased
touts
worth
1300
about
and
my
mother
went
to
the
Mothercare
that
was
bang
opposite
Hamleys.
When
I
went
to
Mothercare
they
informed
me
that
they
are
giving
a
voucher
worth
500
for
Hamleys
coz
we
purchased
almost
about
2700
worth
of
items.
I
jokingly
asked
them
if
a
reverse
tie
up
is
there
as
Hamleys
didn't
tell
me
anything
and
I
could
have
used
the
coupon
to
which
they
informed
by
looking
into
my
bill
that
indeed
there
was
an
offer.
I
went
back
to
Hamleys
and
spoke
to
the
cashier
who
was
in
his
own
world.
There
was
another
guy
named
Ankur
who
apologised
to
me
as
I
was
not
briefed.
When
I
asked
for
the
store
manager
they
said
he
had
left
for
the
day
and
when
I
asked
for
a
feedback
form
they
asked
me
to
write
to
Hamleys.in
as
they
didn't
have
any
feedback
form.
The
staff
was
clueless
about
the
voucher
but
Ankur
told
me
that
is
written
in
the
bill
and
can
be
used
until
31st
March
Am
extremely
dissatisfied
with
the
customer
handling
of
the
store
and
they
need
to
be
further
trained
in
all
these
matters.
Billing
should
be
absolutely
transperant.
And
we
should
not
be
misled.
I
am

on
social
media
so
that
people
understand
the
reality
of
Hamleys
customer
care.
